I just visited this Subway and found it to be a delightful experience! I had a coupon, an app reward, and a gift card, all three of which caused complications at the register. I was literally a Subway employee's nightmare customer. I apologized multiple times for the headache, but the staff (including the owner) were so nice and understanding. I used to frequent this location before it closed about a year ago. That's great it re-opened under new ownership. I order pickup and each of the last two times, the order is behind the counter, which is a pain to have to wait. Is there really that much crime in this area to warrant having pickup orders behind the counter?? If so, that's a sad world we live in. Sure in busier areas I get that happens, but not here, right?!?
