I love that I live so close to this clam shack and I look forward to visiting every summer. Blount has my favorite clam cakes and chowder in the state by far. I also love their location in Crescent Park, it makes for a great casual summer outing. The only thing I think needs improvement are their stuffies, I've tried them multiple times and they just were not it. BUT everything else is so good it totally makes up for it and I will keep on returning every summer as long as they are around. They didn't open last year because of COVID, so I am anxiously awaiting to return this summer!

The picture says it all. I have to stop myself from going every week. Sooooooooo good. Fresh fresh fresh. Stuffed with lobster. Couldn't finish in one sitting. Lovely view of the ocean with more than enough parking. The line was super reasonable as well.

Waaaaaaah!?!? I had my first Blount clam chowder-dahh last summer. As busy as I was with working I took the time to come try on my day off and haven't been able to go back since 2019. It is now my day off again and I'm thinking of Blount clam chow-dahhhhhh! Friday, June 12,2020 and it is closed...sadness. Can't wait for next year then!

Such a fun summer outing! They have lobster rolls with either butter or mayo, which is great for differing palates. We got the chorico clam cakes + one of each of the lobster roll types. The clam cakes are amazing! You can sit in the picnic tables by the shack or cross the street and sit on a bench overlooking the water. It's such a cute date spot! Also great for bringing dogs (outside seating) or kids (right by the carousel).

Right across from a scenic and peaceful park! The food is always well presented and tasty. The mostly young staff do a great job preparing the menu items. Consistent and a pleasurable outdoor experience.
