This has been one of the best experiences I've had at a Chipotle. The staff was very friendly, gave generous portions, and created a great atmosphere. Sarah, I think her name is, helped me with a free entree coupon, and she deserves a gold star for being very upfront and friendly. She also greeted all customers coming in with a smile and a good afternoon. Rockstar team here at the Newport Ave Chipotle!!
I visited this location tonight for dinner. The carne asada was good but cold, the guacamole was starting to turn brown. Then I was trying to order a quesadilla for my daughter and I was told it had to be ordered on the app. I couldn’t understand why and the staff couldn’t really explain. What an inconvenience this was.
