Keep saying I will give them one last try. I live down the road. Went to honey dew in Johnston. It was so good. Donuts are getting smaller and dry. Toppings do not cover the donuts. I do not like the fact that dogs get treats and then we get our order with the same hand that had a treat for the dog. On two occasions the employees were laughing about worker’s comp The floors are dirty. Went in tonight and both bagels were wrong again. Honey dew I am on my way. The only good worker is Chelsea. Hard worker and accurate orders. Grew up with her at church.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin location but the manager that is there has zero people skills, she is rude and unprofessional. 4 times she gave me the wrong item I ordered and each time she said nothing, whipped the wrong order into the trash, made new ones and shoved them on the counter. Never making eye contact or saying thank you, nothing. Then recently I was the only one there and ordered through the mobile app as I got in the drive up. They asked me to pull up and I asked if I should wait until someone is behind me, they said no they are on a timer which is annoying but I get it. I pulled up, then the manager came out to give me my food and told me the item I ordered was a 60 second item and I need to not order it and then get right in line. She said it is company policy to have me pull up and wait even though there wasn’t a single person around. She said you can contact them if you want then shut the door behind her. It isn’t even the fact that I had to pull up it is her rude behavior that is so offensive.

Staff are very rude and unhelpful. I had 2 clients with disability and they won't let me order for them separately through Drive-thru.

Worst Dunkin ever. Waited forever to get served, multiple piercing clad employees just ignored me until I complained. Loads of items not available. The look of the staff is enough to put you off your food and they all look drugged up.
