“The person at the front was really nice and gave me a free lemonade! (I was going to buy it and they said don't worry about it.) Then got home and my skillet queso didn't have salsa :-( so, four out of five I suppose. I really wanted that “
“Chili was very good. Husband had chicken wins teriyaki style and enjoyed them. I had potato skins and the had good amount of potato still 8n them and were crisp. I was going to have the lobster roll as the waitress had said it was fresh not frozen lobster but came back to say the fish shipment had not arrived and it was frozen. I changed my mind. She also correctly described the prosecco. She was an excellent waitress .“
“Finally checked this place out by meeting a few friends for lunch. Being a weekday, it wasn't too busy so we were greeted and seated immediately. The booth was spacious, but the bench fabric made sliding across to make room for others or to use the restroom made it difficult. We were happily ushered to a high top table. The place is comfortable and has a nice vibe. Staff were very friendly. I wanted to eat somewhat healthy and there were many options. I decided on the PEAR & QUINOA Bowl: Red & White Quinoa, Dried Apricots, Fresh Pear, Arugula, Goat Cheese, and Candied Pecans, with Green Goddess Dressing. I added grilled chicken. Every ingredient was fresh tasting and delicious. One friend ordered the BANG BANG SHRIMP appetizer as her meal. It was a generous serving of Tempura Shrimp dressed in a house made Bang Bang Sauce and topped with Scallions and spicy peanuts. She was nice enough to share and they were amazing! Another friend settled on the CATCH 22 NACHOS, which included toppings of chili, a cheese blend, chopped tomato, sour cream, guacamole, Jalapeños and black olives. Not being a meat eater, I carefully picked out a couple of chili-less chips to sample. It was very tasty and, again, enough to share. Everyone was happy with their food choices and agreed that we'd likely visit again soon.“
“The food here is absolutely amazing. They're pizza is one of the best I have ever tasted. It is fresh and tastes splendid. The staff here is very friendly and do such an amazing job. It also has a great atmosphere if you plan on dining in.“
“The best gastronomic experience!!!!! I can't say enough about this place! From the amazing staff, incredible, delicious food and the owner Maria, who is by far the best person!!! We drove an hour and a half to come here and it was so worth it!!! Our friends come here and we are so glad we came!! We will be forever customers!!!!“
“Fantastic bar on the west side of Providence, walkable from Downtown, Federal Hill, and the West End. My favorite part of their drink menu is their cocktails, but they have a great beer selection and decent wine selection as well. Prices are very affordable, and the service has always been great. Most times I’ve gone it’s been a chill spot, not too crowded with good music. This past weekend I went and it was packed. We figured we came during an event, and turns out it was Kimi’s birthday! Even got a slice of birthday cake on the house, and had a great time even though we felt a bit like party crashers. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly, though, and I’m looking forward to coming back again!“
“Amazing people! Great Food! I would personally recommend the Empanadas, Burger & wings anytime you visit. Grab a Green Tea shot & thank me later! Game night, fight night, or just an evening dedicated to enjoying good company PUB 594 is a great find in the city.“
“My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Troop host our wedding in November and it was the best time! Every one of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Adam and Nikki helped me from the beginning to capture my vision of my perfect wedding day. The staff was on point and the food...A-MAZING! No stuffy country club blah food here! And we had bartenders that rocked!! Never waited for a drink. As the bride...I have to give Nikki a special shout out, she was right there to make sure my husband and I ate and were taken care of. The best was when I was getting into the limo to leave and she handed me a take out bag with pieces of my wedding cake and Troop's delicious chocolate chip cookies. If you haven't had one then your missing out. My guests all left with one to take home. I highly recommend Troop to host your next party. Enjoy!“
“Go to "let's just go out to eat tonight" spot. Foods always good. Particular favorites (that never disappoint): Shrimp Mozambique, Baked Haddock, Baked Stuffed Shrimp, Baked Seafood Trio, and any of the steaks. The Fish & Chips is good, but not like Irish pub good; The Chicken Parm on the other hand coulda come outta a place with Chianti bottles hanging from the ceiling.“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Last Resort in Smithfield, RI, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This hidden gem offers a great escape, complete with a refreshing pool and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The pool area was a definite highlight. The water was pristine, and the entire space was well-maintained, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Taking a dip in the pool was incredibly refreshing, and the friendly vibes around the area added to the overall positive experience. Now, let's talk about the food. The buffalo chicken pizza was an absolute treat. The combination of flavors was on point, with a satisfying kick of spice and a perfect balance of toppings. It's safe to say that the pizza not only satisfied my hunger but also added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. When it comes to the entry fee of $20, it's worth considering your plans for the day. While it may seem a bit steep, I found that it makes more sense if you're planning to spend a significant amount of time in the pool. If you're looking forward to soaking up the sun and enjoying the cool waters, the fee is well justified. However, if you're mainly there for the atmosphere and good company, it might be a bit on the higher side. All in all, the Last Resort is a wonderful spot to spend quality time with friends and family. If you're looking to make the most of the pool and have a blast in the water, the $20 fee becomes much more reasonable. From the inviting pool to the delicious food, it's an experience that offers a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment.“
