Service was or I should say lack there of , had to be reminded 3 times of what someone in our party ordered ( there was only 3 of us ) I had ordered the hibachi which comes with a soup and salad , I didn't get the soup and salad until after my meal was complete bc they " forgot" . Had to ask for silverware, then napkins , & then water... Just to sit down we waited 20 mins at the bar , no bartender present so we literally just sat and waited. Looked at 4 dirty tables for 20 mins while no one cleaned them off for the next customers ( us ) Very disappointing.

This place has really went downhill. Don't waste your money.We got tonkatsu and a seafood ramen. The seafood was ice cold when served and actually gave my wife food poisoning on our way home, leaving her sick and miserable the entire night.On top of that the tonkatsu was so salted I couldn't taste a single ingredient, it was like tasting a salt lick.To top it all off, I witnessed one of their cooks drop a container of ingredients on the floor, pick it up to toss it in the trash and never changed his gloves.....

I've eaten there twice, got Ramen and sushi. It was good both times. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Prices are reasonable. Parking was OK. Everyone else enjoyed their meals also.
Amazing Ramen! Better than some I've tried in Boston. The food was fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and attentive. The inside is cutely decorated.Thanks so much for lunch!Will be coming back.Kid-friendliness: Menu is superb!

On my first visit to this restaurant, I wanted one of the simpler (in my mind at least) ramen bowls from the menu. I thought this would help me enjoy the soup broth better. I therefore ordered the vegetable ramen from the menu, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. The broth was was flavored and satisfying; noodles perfectly cooked; and vegetable garnishes fresh and crispy.I tried an order of California Rolls, which were very good and fresh tasting, but on the small size. Finished the dinner with cheese cake, which tastes great and looked like something from a food magazine it looked so beautiful.I struck up a conversation with the family at the next table to ask about their experience at the restaurant. They said they eat at Ichiraku regularly. The dad favored one of the pork ramen bowls, while his wife enjoys the sushi most.Overall I left very happy and satisfied with the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant inside is neat, clean, and classy. My waitress was kind, thoughtful and helpful, and gave great service during my time there. I am already reading the menu to plan my next visit.If you have read this far, I can tell you that if you decide to eat here, you'll get a delicious meal, you'll get good service, and you leave satisfied I think. Good eating and maybe we'll bump into each other tableside in the future.

Did not expect to find this Hidden Gem in Smithfield. Food was more than a pleasant surprise. They were short staffed but my patience was rewarded the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen other must trys include the sushi Pizza & of course the steamed buns both the pork belly and the duck belly! With my server's attention the bill might have been increased significantly food for thought.
Great sushi bowls, there lunch specials are pretty good if you're really craving sushi. But there are far better options than this spot for sushi. The service is okay nothing special. It's always slow in there which isn't a bad thing sometimes if you want to be at peace somewhere and enjoy a bowl of soup. Ramen is also subpar and there are far better choices just a short drive away.

California roll was fine like anywhere but I didn't like the noodles...the shio chicken noodles were ok, sort of veggie taste but I wouldn't order again...the beef noodles tasted worse...maybe I'm just not a real ramen person

Great service. Delicious food. Powerful cocktails. Not a "traditional" family choice but made to feel right at home. Could totally see my wife and I also coming in without the kiddos for a romantic date night. Nice, Nice!
