We went for a family Christmas dinner 2 days after Christmas. There were 8 of us and the place was virtually empty. The drinks were watery--one of us had Dewers on the rocks and it looked like watered down ginger ale--all drinks looked the same, btw. (We waited quite a while for them to begin with.) The parmigiana dishes were all so bad, that not one of the 3 who ordered them wanted them to take home, leaving them on the table. (One even told the waitress she didn't like it at all and nothing was done--no offer to remove it from the bill.) The appetizers were the only thing worth the price all night. We ordered the last 12 oysters (buck-a-shuck) and were told they were fresh that day. After all other appetizers (8) were delivered, we were told the oysters were questionable after all and couldn't be served!! (Guess they weren't 'fresh that day'.) The waitress was very inattentive. She never cleared our plates when we were done eating or offered another round of drinks. We sat there finishing our watered down drinks surrounded by dirty plates. When we looked at the bill, the oysters were still on it!! Just a bad way to spend Christmas with out of town family we only see once or twice a year. The dinner cost us over $500 with tip, so we are willing to spend when a meal is worth it. Parma, we know you can do better, that's why we suggested going there and were embarrassed for suggesting you, apologizing to the group.

Came for Happy Hour during the week for just drinks with my mom. Very good drinks and service.I got a $8 Manhattan which was balanced so well and smooth. My mom got a $6 lemon drop which was great as well.We then went off the menu and asked the bartender to make something sweet for us to split. I found a drink on the internet called a “Nutty Russian.” Equal parts vodka, frangelico and kahlua. This was amazing! It was like stronger espresso martini by alcohol volume without the coffee.Jennifer was the bartender that night and she was awesome!Parking: Enough spots for a decently busy night.

Went on a Monday night, took advantage of their early bird special and really enjoyed it. The food was hot, delicious and the presentation was fantastic. We all enjoyed our meals. Our waiter Wes was attentive without being too attentive. The price was right at $19.99 for a salad, entree and 2 dessert options. They were able to accommodate a gluten allergy.

My friend highly recommend this place so we came here for dinner.I ended up getting a Ramos gin fizz which is a drink I've never had before but I wanted to try. I had no problems getting them to make it for me as they had a full bar. I always like it when bartenders are accommodating and willing to try drinks that are not on the menu. For an appetizer we ended up getting the Rhode Island calamari which is great. My main course was spaghetti and meatballs which was delicious and very large amount. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. I had no issues with the service. Parking is plentiful in the lot. Prices good given the quantity and quality of food. If I was in the area I would definitely come back.

Really good food in what appears to be a local dive bar with a SMALL side room of a restaurant. The U shaped bar seems to be packed with regulars, and it has a very slightly upscaled dive bar feel, then they crank out really good food. It's the weirdest combination of Bud Light and Fois Gras, but it works.

Delicious food, great service. We were there for the first time this past week. The special for $19.99 is great ... no skimping on food. Took friends there on Friday. Great time with live music. Highly recommend.

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint!! After being told by a different restaurant that they didn't want to serve our 12 person party (even though we had reservations for 2 months) I called Parma Ristorante and they happily told me they would take my party! We came after our rehearsal for our wedding this weekend and was greeted by some of the nicest people! Service was fantastic and the food was incredible! Thank you so much to the staff at Parma Ristorante for making our rehearsal dinner so great!

I love the vibe here. The girls/ staff are so sweet. I love the half off wine and app specials. The food is good but I wish they had a bigger menu. If you plan on going on Friday or Sat go early or make reservations because they have local singers/entertainment and it gets completely packed.
