Sunday evening I ordered an Italian toasted, Big Bird, Chicken tenders, and supreme small pizza. Disappointed to say bread was stale on both sandwiches. Like really bad. Pizza was super soggy and very much undercooked. I even tried to cook it at home for better consistency but they had so much cheese it was a losing battle. Had to toss it. Tenders were like leather. Like they were sitting out for 4 hours then rewarmed. Usually they’re decent. $60 of my hard earned money and I’m very disappointed. Doesn’t have to be perfect but should be edible ffs. I hadn’t ordered in 6 months hoping for a positive change. Nope. The delivery driver was a delightful human though.

I ordered the pasta with marinara sauce as I’m a vegetarian and after several bites, realized that it was full of ground meat. When I called, the woman said that the sauce has the meatballs sitting in it. Nowhere is this listed on their menu. I’ve been a vegetarian for 18 years.

Food is great, the help is the worst, always get the order wrong and bad attitudes. We stopped even taking out, rather take out UNO, always get the order right. Even orders on websites PieZoni's gets wrong!
