What time are you actually open until??? Website says until midnight but I pulled up to the drivethru at 9:45pm and sat there for 5 min waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever did so I drove up to the window and there was no one inside. Lights were all on and there were a couple cars behind me that ended up driving away too… This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

food was fine the counter person was rude and keep say i hate this place under his breath. dinning room was dirty. I understand fast food jobs suck but it's still a job if you don't like leave and find another.

This is the worst Taco Bell by far. My issue is a simple one that they refuse to correct. I order a CHEESE quesadilla. They just keep putting chicken on it. I do not eat chicken nor can the chicken be easily removed. They have made this mistake 7 times now. I don't understand what is so complicated about a cheese quesadilla. I have even tried clarifying several different ways to see if it would make any difference...."I do not want a chicken quesadilla. I want a cheese quesadilla please" NOPE STILL WRONG. "I want a quesadilla with only cheese and the creamy jalapeño sauce, no chicken" NOPE STILL WRONG. "I want a quesadilla with NO chicken. A CHEESE quesadilla" NOPE STILL WRONG! I don't even care if they charged me the higher amount (as a chz quesadilla is cheaper. Its being rang in chz for less yet theyre putting chicken giving me a more expensive item than what I paid for but I DONT WANT THAT) but no. They just refuse to give me a cheese quesadilla and it's infuriating. A family member ordered this for me to bring to work this evening and they didn't check it. Now I have no dinner. And it's not the first time, now several have gone in the trash. What a waste of money! Get it together please....a tortilla with some cheese and sauce isn't a complicated order yet you manage to mess it up time and time again. It's really disappointing. No other Taco Bell has this issue but unfortunately this is the one near my house. ???

Very kind, friendly and well mannered young staff...not only are they patient with people when you place an order at the drive thru.. but they are also very polite and happy when you leave.. Wishing you a wonderful day!

never can get an order right will always put extra shit on taco smh now i cant eat it bc they put sum on i didn't even order if i say just meat and cheese dont put the whole damn condiment section on my taco pls and thanks

Today Friday august 18th. I walked in at 11:40pm, this location closes at 12am. As soon as I walked in, the employee says “I don’t know how that door is unlocked, we are closed” mind you their hrs are till midnight. He just kept saying that they were closed.

It's Taco Bell. I get take out when I visit. I don't dine in. Hard tacos are my favorite. I love the Mexican pizza when you can get it.

Today 7/30@10pmEmployee Joshua weighed on me through drive through very rude and ignorant.Poor customer service skills gave me attitude when I asked. Why there was no ice in my soda Why my freezy was melted? Then I asked for sauce for my tacos for the second time. He gives me attitude and says receiving sauce. Now he told me that's the way the soda came with no ice And that's how the freezies are made I told him I work at taco bell on mineral spring ave I now come home open up my box Of tacos and they were a mess.Very poor service. They were more worried about the car that was in front of me. Which were the friends that I counted. I sat in the drive through for 11 minutes while he was just handing out a cup of soda.

This Tuesday I was in the Smithfield area and I decided to get my free Crunchwrap from this Taco Bell.I placed the order on the app and within minutes I went through the drive-thru picking up my food.The Crunchwrap seemed a bit smaller than last week's Crunchwrap, and it was not as warm...but the overall taste was the same. I ordered the mild, medium and hot sauces. The drive thru lady was average in terms of customer service, nothing outstanding.

Horrible Horrible as it can get ...everything was old and disgusting just take the extra mile and go to a diffrent location the staff well if the food was bad imagine the staff same way Horrible but they do love there cell phones I cam tell you

I’m so sure the staff is trained to know the menu so forgetting or just not putting a key ingredient in the food is just lazy. It doesn’t matter where you work. Do your job correctly
