This location is in Wakefield, needs better management, sorry to say the food isn't always fresh but also notice Taco Bell is the same, maybe because it's not by itself it's definitely not the place i would recommend .. I also don't like the way you be treated when you walk into this location. The crew members are friendly, but for management needs help.

Not one table clean...floor strown with garbage nothing stocked...no covers straws or napkins...stations disgusting...kitchen floors has garbage...staff standing around...really bad how this place went from great to a mess. If this had a place for pictures I'd post them!!

Uber eats driver here. This is the third time the app sends me to pick up a KFC order after 9o’clock and I am told the do not take orders from UBEReats or other delivery services after 9:00. Somebody should notify UBEReats that they do not provide services after 9. Also we were told at drive thru that only Taco Bell specific 2 items are available to order after 10. Hours of operation say they close at 11pm. It does not specify “Only Taco Bell even less Only so and so options from Taco Bell”. Owner should get this checked out.

Worst service and rudest employees I've ever had at this kfc. The menu was confusing from what was shown, the employee couldnt find the menue items and I was laughed at by staff for adding a side. I will not order here again!?
