Ordered very simple items at drive thru after leaving noticed I had not received what was ordered but they took the money quickly.. phone number to call is unanswered.. has to be worst service of all McDonald's..wonder where that extra $$ is going ?

Terrible customer service. I, myself, have worked in several fast paced environments that weren't even considered fast food and behaved more correctly. Staff wouldn't even acknowledge customers waiting to ask a question/order, or waiting on their order, or waiting on the REST of their order. I was waiting 30 minutes for a delivery and there were others waiting longer for their food. Management needs to properly train crew. Crew members should have acknowledged and answered customers immediately, regardless of how busy it is. A customer should NEVER be standing there ignored.

OK I don’t get all the negative reviews about this McDonald’s. Fries were hot as expected burgers OK the cookies could have been warmer. That’s why I give it four stars but everything else was like any other McDonald’s.

Only received half a meal!!! Ordered the Big Breakfast for my husband who is homebound from a hospital stay and they forgot the eggs, has brown and the biscuit. Two jelly packets for the invisible biscuit but only cakes and sausage. Buyer beware.
