Went to the restaurant at 8pm bc it says they close at 8:30pm and the cashier said they were closed through the glass door. Total waste of time

Probably the worse Subway I've been to. After having my sandwich toasted it has a fast food salty taste to it like they've never cleaned the machine before. Wish I walked over to Dunkin

Several times that we have been to the South County area, we have gotten food from this Subway. It's at the intersection of US-1 and RI-38, so a busy area, in the Crossing at the Tower shopping center. I used the APP to order an Oven roasted chicken sandwich and it was so easy to build it the want I wanted it.....you can add any of the toppings you want and let them know if you want it lite, regular or heavy. Great app. The order was ready when promised, easy !

Placed an order online for pickup, when I got home the orders were completely wrong. There were extra toppings on one sandwich that were not asked for. Another sandwich that had was missing toppings that I specifically paid for. When I asked for a refund on the extra toppings I paid for or a coupon, I was told they didn't know how to do that and that there was no supervisor to help.

I saw a kid in Subway drop his glove on the floor and picked it up put it back on his hand and continued making the customers sandwich

The staff behind the counter were great. A napkin and my sandwich were placed in a bag. Then the manager on duty came out and said she would deal with my payment. She rings me up and then reaches in my bag, and rewraps my sandwich(?), I saw her wipe her hands on a napkin that I thought was an extra one she grabbed. I realized after I left that no, she had taken the napkin out of my bag and crumpled it up and tossed it before handing the bag to me, plus she wasnt wearing gloves when she did it. Why any of that was necessary was beyond me.

We will NEVER visit this location EVER again. Placed an order online at about 3:45 pm to pick up at 6:00 pm. When I walked into this place at about 6:07 pm, there were four (4) employees; one who was assisting a man who had his family sitting at table, one who looked like he was on a break, and two others. When I approached the register, one kid asked if I was here to pick up an online order and when I said "yes," he said "oh, we're just defrosting the wraps" "WHAT?!?" The order should have been ready to pick up WHEN I ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!! So this kid hurriedly made the two (2) wraps and then looked at the order and went looking for the four cookies on the order (two oatmeal raisin and two chocolate chip). He opened every drawer on the counter (I believe there were four) and then turned to the one guy behind him (who had just told the guy on the break this was his first day working) and said "we have no cookies?" So I asked, "now what? I have already paid for them." The one behind asked "how much are cookies?" and I said "about 80 cents, not sure if there's tax on them" and the kid paused a moment, rang something on the register and then handed me some money along with the bag of wraps. I had a tip all ready to provide but decide that it was not earned and left. By the way, the wraps were HORRIBLE!!!!! The ingredients were delicious, but the wraps were hard and fell apart; probably still not properly defrosted. THIS WAS THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD IN QUITE SOME TIME.

This receipt seemed pretty clear to me. When I entered the store to pick up my order, The Sandwich artist asked me if I wanted dressing and I said that being that my order was chicken bacon ranch I thought that the ranch dressing came with it and she said oh sometimes online orders are confusing. Then she said oh I'll put some bacon on there, I didn't know. Again, it's pretty clear on the receipt and also it is a chicken BACON ranch. I paid for extra bacon, she put that on there. She then asked me if there was cheese on it and I said yes I paid for extra cheese, again.. pretty clear on the receipt. As she was filling up the dressing cups I thought the dressing look a little dark. She said she was going to give me ranch. Turns out it was parmesan peppercorn, or something similar.
