Placed order and paid at Drive through Saturday February 24th at 9:40 pm then was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside and was told they forgot to make my food.

Absolutely horrible experience every time I have gone. Tonight I went and the worker on the drive thru speaker kept telling me they were out of everything I wanted. She was being very short with me and when I asked for extra sauce she told me that I wouldn’t need that much sauce as if she was fat shaming me. I was utterly shocked when I then pulled up to the window and when I saw fries missing from my order she asked me what type of fries…what type of fries do you have?!?? I asked if I could get the fries I ordered and she said that her manager packed the order and kept telling me that I was wrong. I offered to show her the missing fries but she refused and when I asked to pay for extra fries she told me I could not.Such a disappointing and embarrassing experience for KFC/Taco Bell. My friends and I will not be returning to this location as this is not the first time we have felt unwelcome and have had poor service.

Might actually be the worst Taco Bell of all time, gave it two tries last two weeks, usually love TB, both times received undone crunchwraps not even assembled right or toasted, and two cheesy gorditas both missing sauce and lettuce. Just flat out don’t go here, check other reviews I believe all of them.

Got two burritos for lunch today and they were awful. The tortillas were hard, and they were very skimpy on the rice and the beans and I only found the cheese when I got to the very end of the burrito. No more dining here.

tastes ok but they literally put our stuff upside down and didn't wrap it all the way so literally everything fell out of the tacos when we took them out. the hard tacos were also soggy. workers were very nice still

Awful. Inconsistent. Most of the time they're out of staple items like beans, chicken, rice, steak, taco shells, even covers for the power bowls/nachos. One time I went there and literally everything I tried to order they weren't able to make, then was trapped in the drive thru line. It's always something there! I had a decent power bowl recently but went back another time for one and half the stuff was missing, no guac, no sour cream, very little refried beans because, of course, they were out of black beans, a pinch of lettuce and some dry, crunchy rice. How this place is still afloat is a mystery.

This place NEVER has any food to serve their customers. Every single time I visit they say they don't have almost half their menus but offer me 5 choices of what they do have. The manager has a "not my problem" attitude. I'm SHOCKED they've been in business this long. Their owner should be ashamed at the quality of "food" that's put out of this "restaurant". If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never go back here again. Save your money and go somewhere else
