We both ordered the trio plate. All of the meat was probably cooked earlier in the week and heated up in the microwave. All of the meat was dry or burnt. They try to address the dry meat by dumping BBQ sauce over it. The sides were actually ok. We won’t go back. Service was great, beer was cold.

I’ve never seen this kind of brisket! It doesn’t come with slices but brisket tips. Also it is fried after sliced. It makes it very dry. It should be freshly sliced and tender.
We worked with The Flatts recently to provide corned beef & cabbage dinners for 60+ people at our beach club St. Paddy's Day party...the food was delicious! Nicole helped me coordinate the food and was fantastic to work with! We'll be going back to The Flatts next year for our annual party!

Just finished lunch with my wife. Brisket sandwich with fries for me and pulled chicken sandwich for her and both of us loved the sandwiches. Coleslaw and Mac & cheese sides were both amazing. Very flavorful, awesome atmosphere, and very upbeat staff. We will definitely be coming back for dine in and takeout.

I never give reviews for restaurants, but this was bad enough to do so. This place should remove smokehouse from thier name. The first red flag was that they didn't have a selection of bbq sauces at each table. The brisket was way overcooked as dry a wood chips, the pulled pork was also dry. I specifically went there for the barbecue, and unfortunately was dissatisfied. Save yourself the trip, take the ride to BT's in Sturbridge MA for quality BBQ.
