I won't patronize a business that not only directly competes with a DECADES old family business (Sam's NY System) 3 doors down, but also blocks anyone who calls them out on this. You were doing fine with your burgers, no need to try to cash in on the established neighbors hot weiner business.

We ordered wings and sliders for the super bowl on line they were very accommodating said wings were small so they gave us extra and some free freeze dried candy everything was so
Went here for the first time and asked the girl through the drive thru if they had a buffalo chicken tender with fries combo. She kept telling me she can do a fry special with buffalo chicken on them. Thats not what I wanted and she kept pushing it. I was in line already so I went with it. When I got to the window, she started handing me someone elses order. The person in front of me got the wrong order too. I was in this drive thru line for 20 minutes. My food came out cold and I was late getting back to work. My first and last time coming here. Do better.

I am addicted to this place however, impossible to order online or get delivery. If it’s not offered anymore please post it. Can’t find on any of the sites such as Grubhub and so on. The page takes you to menufy which I use to use but it is non existent now. Tried to order through the site directly, got all the way to the pay portion and it does nothing with you click it. I have messaged before about the issues with half the items missing from the online menus such as certain shakes, it appears to be fixed on the square site finally but can’t order. It’s a shame. Food Is great but apparently the only way to get it is to physically go there.
Pulled up to Warwick location, ordered from parking lot. Fries were OK, sliders were good. But everything was cold. Even though we were there the whole time, seemed like our bag must've sat near obviously open windows before anyone brought it out to us. Mid November. Unlikely to go back. May try Cranston location to see if any better. But RI seems to really suck at making good fries. Fries are MUCH better almost anywhere in the world that I've ever been compared to RI at large.

I love food trucks but this food was completely terrible. I got the poutine fries - lot of fries, little gravy and throwing cold cheese curd on top was an epic fail. The cheeseburger sliders… at first I want sure there was anything there as it was all bun. But there was a slab of meat in each. I ate one and I’d say make sure your meat is ok as it was terrible. Listen - I don’t post reviews but this has to be one of the worst food truck experiences ever. And I took pics - no option to post but seriously need to take a look at the truck that was on West River Providence… just not good.

My 6 year old son said Dad from now on the only place to get burger and shake from is Axel rods. He said ALL OTHER FAST FOOD PLACE BURGERS SUCK. ALL THEY HAVE IS DUMB TOYS AND GROSS FOOD LOL. Great job guys your food is Top Knotch ? keep up the good work Customer for life.

I like this place, food always fresh, just lighting for drive thru menu needs help, half in the dark.
Ordered 2 different fries and both were not even cooked all the way through. They were raw in the middle. Not even hot. There was melted cheese and cooked bacon. But the fires were not good. They did offer a refund, that is why they got a 3 star for service. But I would not recommend for anyone to purchase French fries here.

The girl at the window was a complete sweetheart. Unfortunately the food was not good. The cookies and cream milkshake was great but the California burrito was awful. Fries, chicken, sour cream and cold cheese in a burrito wrap. Couldn't even eat it , so disappointed and will not be back.
