This is a disgrace to Chick-fil-A. After waiting in line longer than I've ever wait at any Chick-fil-A, the server on the headset didn't start taking the order until I said "Hello?" casue once again I was waiting for so long. When I ordered an ice cream she asked a coworker if they even have ice cream. The food was luke warm and the fries were stale. She had to remake the ice cream cone because it looked like it exploded from the machine then had the nerve to bring it over and ask if I wanted it remade. I had to ask for sauce since there was none in the bag. This establishment has a load of employees laughing and playing around instead of working.

The drive through experience was awful, not the chick fil et staffs fault but nothing is done to prevent the line on one side going so much faster than the other side. I got stuck behind some guy who didn’t know what he wanted and kept telling them he was still thinking… meanwhile 10 cars came through the other side but I was jammed in and had no choice but to wait. I wouldn’t even have cared as much but we were running late and I never should have tried to get their delicious food.
The food was always hot & fresh. When ordering, the line moved quickly. Even the play area for kids was clean!Kid-friendliness: There is a clean playground inside.

i love this chick-fil-a! Most of the time I come I order and it only takes like 5 minutes for them to bring us food, but a few times while we were trying to get out of line someone was there with our food already! Like we just ordered how did you already make the food!
Love the food, but like most chick fil a locations its nearly impossible to get your food within 30 minutes, even with online orders. Cant complain though, Ill be back lol.
