$102 for burrito bowls. We order 5 burrito bowls, only 2 bowls had variations from the menu. All 5 items were wrong. Missing protein, guac on everything even though no one asked for guac on anything. Worst experience.

The place is disgusting. As soon as you step out of your car to go in all you can smell is trash. It doesn’t smell any better inside. It was so dirty inside,. There were no clean tables and the trash was overflowing. The floors looked they hadn’t been swept or mopped all month. There was workers sitting on the counter playing on their phone and talking. The place was so gross that I plan on calling the department of Health tomorrow morning.

Very rude staff while picking up doordash orders don't need to be rude and make someone late that should of been already
If you must go to this Chipotle, go in person. If you order pickup, do not leave before checking every entree, I guarantee one or two will be wrong. Just avoid delivery entirely. I have had six consecutive orders incomplete or incorrect.

Absolutely love chipotle. But I am not exaggerating when I say that i could walk in to this location, cook my own food, pack my own bag, and somehow I’d still get home with missing/wrong items. It’s pure insanity. 10/10 times it will be wrong. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to clean house and revamp if they plan to stick around.

I’m not usually the person who goes online and complains, but tonight was awful. I asked for a burrito, the man serving me was nothing but rude. He was laughing with his female coworker the whole time he made the order. I asked for double steak and did not give me double even though I was charged. He was laughing with his coworker and looking at us, very rudely. He made sure to leave my girlfriend and I’s burrito open so the toppings were spilling out the bottom. He quite literally folded it like a taco. He was a horrible worker. There was also no mild salsa. The store was trashed, every table was dirty, no ice, no lemonade or any of the other special. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, CHANGE THE TRASH AND DO YOUR JOB.

This place is a filth fest. The employees were very lazy and unfriendly. Every single table was disgusting with crumbs and mess leftover from previous people. Every. Single. Table. was dirty and the store was not even busy. To add, there were PLENTY of employees who were standing around doing nothing. The trash had not been emptied and was overflowing with trash. The napkins were wet in the dispenser which is just gross. The floor obviously hadn’t been swept either. Absolutely save your money and find another place to eat.
