pizza was okay, cold. Customer service was awful. Called and ordered 1 pizza half pepperoni half cheese, Male who answered sighed like it was a big deal to make a pizza. When I arriveed to get the pizza I was charged $50??? I was confused but my first time ordering an XL pizza I didn’t know the cost. get into the car to check the pizza, wrong order. Went back in and the customer service was horrible. They tried to make it seem like I ORDERED TWO PIZZAS???Eventually I was refunded after discussing with the male and female working. I think i’d know what I ordered. Due to the awful service I will not be returning.

First time there in the morning I go late afternoon food is great but the Lady today was totally rude she complained because I wanted a corner piece of lemon squares and I bought a slice of pizza went to pay with my debit card she said I had to buy something else because it wasn't 5.00 I go there twice a week get the same thing no one has ever said that to me but her attitude about it was just bad I Will not go back to that store

I still give the food a five stat review but the employees that work here are hardly ever friendly. My last trip here a few weeks ago, I spoke with a female employee at the front counter. I ordered 4 pep and cheese pizza strips. She asked me if I would like them heated. I asked her if she was busy and she said yes very. I took the pizza cold. Something definitely missing from this location with customer service. She should’ve done the right thing. There was nobody in the store and it wasn’t even lunch time.

Stopped by this past Saturday on a road trip to try some of their infamous pizza chips, and unfortunately, they were closed for an unknown reason. However, multiple other customers who stopped by when asked if there was another place they'd recommend they all said, "Not one better than this place." So, while I was not able to try the pizza chips, the comments of the customers spoke volumes, in my opinion.
Food is always solid. Service, that's a whole different story....

Been going here for years, stopped in the other day to grab lunch for work. Customer service was terrible. Kid working behind the counter was miserable and very unprofessional, second time this has happened with the same guy. Fat guy with curly hair. I’ll bring my business elsewhere. ?it’s funny all your bad reviews are about poor Costumer service, and clearly you guys don’t care cause it keeps happening.
