I ordered thru drive thru a sausage/egg/cheese sandwich, hash browns and med hot tea and large ice coffee around 12pm on 3/26/24. When I got to work to eat my sandwich, I had 2 long dark brown/black strands of hair in my sandwich. Disgusting!!!! Had to throw out sandwich and hash browns. Never again will I order from this location again?

If i could give zero stars, i would. Ive been coming here forever now, unfortunately after what i saw, that will be my last visit. I heard the owner verbally batter a girl (employee), bordering on physically abusive. Disgusting! John, the owner, should absolutely be ashamed of himself. I hope you don't have daughters, because i would fear for their safety. Ive never witnessed someone verbally degrade someone like i witnessed this weekend. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope that employee follows up with law enforcement/ lawyer/ or corporate. For everyone else reading this, do not support this business!! They deserve to have thier doors closed forever.

Ever since phebe has taken over the afternoons/evenings at dunkin I swear I've had the best coffee and food!! She's so nice and in my opinion, one of the better employees at this establishment. We have wonderful conversation and I hope to see more of her in the future! She brings a brighter atmosphere to the store.

I love this Dunkin’! The young woman who closes at this location with the colorful hair and glasses has always been super friendly to me and has always got my order right! She makes the best coffee, any other Dunkin’ I go to messes it up. She definitely loves her job and takes it seriously!

Absolutely love going to this Dunkin’! I always appreciate the service and friendliness of the staff. The young woman who closes at this location with glasses and colorful hair always gets my orders right. She always manages to make me smile whenever I come in or go to the drive thru with her excellent customer service! Any time I’ve ever gone to another Dunkin’ no one has been able to get my order correct, but she always manages to nail it perfectly every time! You can tell she loves her job and isn’t just in it for the money!

Oh my goodness, let me just say the girl working at night on 11/30/2023, I believe her name was Phebe, what a DELIGHT. She was so kind and attentive and she made my experience amazing; such great conversation and energy after having such a long day. This isn't even my regular Dunkin', but it will be from now on for my rides home from work every night, especially if this kind woman is working! Not only that, the store was so clean and my drink that she made me was DELCIOUS (probably the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'). Thank you Phebe for making my night and being such a hard worker, it definitely shows! Absolutely 10 out of 10.

The manager is always in a weird mood , likes to call people “bud” multiple times to make you feel like a little kid. Just overall rude . Why do we have to pull into a parking space to wait for an order when no one’s behind you in line. Do better.

girl that was working 11/30/23 at 9pm was extremely rude, didn’t smile once or make me feel welcomed, just made me feel like i was bothering her. then before she made my drinks she sat there cleaning for 5 minutes before she made my order. also started grunting and whispering to herself.

Guy very rude an fresh I went in an asked for 2 senior coffees he wanted to know my age an didn't give it to me first of all it's none of his business my age I am far far from a kid second of all I go all the time with parents grandparents etc to dunkins never ever been asked my age an get seniors all the time. Very unprofessional an very fresh an very rushed. Sandwiches i ordered bread wasnt even toasted. I only ate the middle . Im glad he isnt a dr. I will not go back there.

Worst experience ever. I usually go to this location daily but today the acting manager was a real jerk. All I tried to ask cashier at drive thru was why my total purchase didn't change if I used a reward via the app. She couldn't answer and said I had to go inside. I declined since it was a simple inquiry. The manager yelled tell her to come inside. Then came to window and said just ring her out he shovedMy bank card back I my hand and when I asked for receipt heGave me mine and the last 5 car receipts all wadded up. Then topped it off by throwing my bag into my car window which landed onMy lap. I was appalled and told him he didn't need to be an ass. No way to treat a paying customer. Then he came back to window and under his breath said get the f out of here. He is lucky I didn't throw my coffee at him. He should be fired!! It's really sad if you question your purchase you have to get out of line park your car and go inside for a question that literally took 15 seconds to answer. God forbid their timer on the clock goes beyond their desired time to wait ona customer. I am reaching out to corporate and this location will never get a dime from me again . I use to enjoy going there but never again after such a horrific experience. Dunkin should be ashamed having staff like that to tell a customer to get the f out of here after throwing my bag in my car. Oh I'm sorry he claimed he dropped it. Yeah right just a 100% poor excuse for a human being. My receipt said jonathan.

Placed a mobile order around 5:50 and when I arrived at the store to pick it up about 5 minutes later they were closed. Hours said they were supposed to be open until 8 but there were no cars in the parking lot, lights were off, and the door was locked.
