I just went to the drive thru at dunkin on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick, RI. I ordered a LG caramel latte with whole milk, sugar and whipped cream. I also order a LG hot coffee 10 and 10 along with a whoppie pie donut. When I got to the window they handed me my latte without whipped cream and I politely asked for it and explained that I did order it. The manager then had the nerve to tell me she would let it slide this time on giving me the whipped cream but next time she would have to charge me for it. So she is gonna speak to me like that when they messed up and she's acting like she's sneaking me cash or something. I don't know where she gets off talking like that when she messed up!!! Her order takers os cashiers suck over there!!! I will not be returning to this location.

Stopped in to use the bathroom. Had just been cleaned and she did a good job. Unfortunately no stalls so had to go one at a time but at least there were to separate for men and women.
the staff inside are some of the most un hospitable workers i've met. The cashier always has an attitude the lady who i saw on her first day one and even then just had a idc attitude like she has somewhere better to be. even with my order if ian count i wouldn't of known that they only gave me 4/6 of my donuts nd 16 out of my 25 munchkins and when i went inside to fix my order the lady up front had an attitude about it like it was my fault. the bathrooms were dirty the store looked liked an average dunkin but the inside looked like it's cleaned once a week i wouldn't suggest eating here

Place is awful. Woman behind the register has no idea what she’s doing. We ordered multiple items prominently displayed in the video menu and outside. They had not hit bed tried to order. Waste of time. We just left. Just close this place. I’m not sure why it’s even here.
