Just rude, The lady working window grabbed my phone and took it with her in the window which is against policy. And also made my drink wrong which i get if it was busy but it really wasn't at the moment. I only come on here cause it's not the first time i've went there and had bad customer service and wait times for little to nothing orders, it's more like my 3-4th.

Missing a donut on last weeks order, made it back today they wouldn’t compensate for it, work at a large business down the road happy to tell the 650 employees at the next meetings to go elsewhere

Ask for a cup of hot coffee got a cup of cold coffee my donuts where not in a bag but a small package not wrap but out in air the open ask for a plain stick donut and instead of saying we don’t have plain sticks we have glacé stick they said we don’t have plain sticks.?????yeah this place is losing a lot of business …. Wonder why??

I’m a regular customer at dunkin and always get the strawberry refresher. However today this refresher at this Dunkin unacceptable the tea tasted like black tea and fermentation. As you can also see in the picture it had very little strawberry flavor.
This has to be by far the worst Dunkin Donuts in the nation. It seems like the entire staff are angry bitter women who treat customers like garbage, worst of all the tiny little old man owner with the moustache walks in and out like he is intoxicated and pays no notice to how poorly his staff operates. Dunkin should close this franchise down.
