Loud music blasting!Can't hear yourself think. Not a good place to go to chat and drink coffee with someone! Very disappointing.What happened to these donut shops! Mangement needs to step up and be more consumer friendly and not have parties behind the counters!

The service is good overall. Everyone is always really nice, but occasionally a mistake is made. I'm sure it's a difficult job though, so I always go easy on that aspect. The food however is always undercooked. The English muffins (in a sausage egg cheese English muffin) is never toasted, or at least it seems like it's not. Ordered a decaf iced coffee and it tasted like water AGAIN. My guess is they don't get many requests for decaf so they take no care in how it's made. Use more ground coffee when making it please. Some of us can't always have caffeine. Re donuts at this location, anything with a filling (Boston creme, jelly, etc) will be under-filled. I still go there though, but not as much as I would if the food and drinks were better.

It’s Dunks so you shouldn’t need a review on the coffee and food. I see did mixed reviews on the service though. I’ve mostly stopped here early mornings and they’re always fast and friendly. The few afternoons I went seemed ok too.

What can I say here to help anyone? If you haven't stopped at Dunkin' yet...what's taking you?...lol...my wife loves her daily Iced coffee...great quick stop for munchies on a long trip, party or just your morning breakfast.

I should have learned my lesson by now by not going to this location anymore. I only get one thing when I’m there and that is a caramel craze latte. Half the time it’s something completely different once I have driven away. I guess I should take a sip before I leave the premises to make sure. I really don’t understand the issue it’s not like the order was complicated. And either way nothing but young kids working here and they are all miserable. They all have the personality of a cast-iron pan. And I am a very large tipper!

It was excellent coffee mocha swirl med iced but some need motivation at 5 am. Service communication was good but one was leaning side ways.Kid-friendliness: No kid meal here. But mini donut might work since you sample everything.Parking: No front parking. It is in the back. Can fit a good 9 cars.

The drive thru lady was so rude yelling at me when I was explaining what I wanted stating she was making it that way but her order board said differently. I wanted a large it read medium. I was very polite stating it says medium I want a large and she screamed at me saying it is large and then proceeded to laugh in my face when I got to the window . Your management team needs to teach people how to treat customers and if they dont want to fire them plenty of people do what to and would care about their job . Disgusting!
My coffee always tastes great and the crew in the morning is fantastic!

Never consistent and they never wipe the cups down as they are leaking down the sides of the cups. We also always have to pull in front to wait for our food which is a cluster mess because of the lot

3rd reviewManager allows employees to start emotional arguments with customers. She also has no control at her job.Cant you imagen returning 3 sausage egg and cheeses sandwiches and you explain to the front register whats going on. Then said employee seeks you out the customer so she can get her emotions out on the customer for being unable to do her job. Then once the customer felt attacked he spoke up and was attacked again be same employee. So after the customer was verbally attacked by the employees emotions he spoke up and was attack by all the female workers. Theres no control in there. I even called to get a supervisors number and the manager attacked me on the phone and told me she wouldnt give me the number because im a retand and a waste of lifeStong words to be saying to someone who is 100% disabled from the army from sustaining major head injuries. Thank you dunkintime I'm reviewing them.AVOID AT ALL COSTNot sure if anyone that works there wants to or should be working there. I got a triangle bagel this morning. Every morning I go there they manage to mess some part of the order up... the dunkin on post road is worth the 2 min travel.
