What do you mean you don't take the app? It's way early morning and franchise don't always follow corporate rules but man the basics would help. I decided to grab a quick snack and well DD was finally open. Yes all three of them. Now the last time I was at a DD was in the middle of nowhereville CT. I know you read that review. And even through they were closing they still took their time to treat everyone with respect. This place pumps out people quick by skipping the basic greetings and not using the DD app. It's "hey here's your coffee" or "we don't do that here pay another way". I don't know if it's because they're cranky or it's the CHICAGO way or they have a bad dental plan because no one smiles at this place. And it might seem like a joke but a couple of patrons were talking next to me expressing the same thing. Overall two stars. I got my coffee and my donut and left. Now excuse me, I gotta stretch for that 9 hr flight. M

This Dunkin is the worst! Just watched the 2 dirt bag employees laugh at an old handicap man when he asked them to correct his order that they messed up. We get that your job is a joke but respect your elders

Worst Dunkin store ever. I ordered Plain bagel with cream cheese and bagel was literally like a hard rock . Food being served here is not for normal human beings ?

Old salads. Croutons were like soggy biscuits. My son puked after eating it. No dressing included. Coffee tastes very old. Just don't even waste your money here

I am a BIG caffeine lover! My day doesn't start until I've had my coffee. I am also very particular about my coffee. Large ice splash of cream, EXTRA ice. Easy right? Apparently not. Time after Time I get a very little bit of ice. I like so much ice it's almost hard to get the straw in! When I ask for more they get mad....what!?!?!? I'm paying for this, and it's not how I asked for it. I'm always nice to them so not sure why I'm getting an attitude. Anyway I've stopped going to Dunkin all together and go to Starbucks, Honey dew, Felicia's or Mary Lou's, more expensive but at least they get a simple coffee right.
