Coffee sucks. Pay attention to what the customer asks for. Even the NEW CUSTOMER that you've never seen before. Donuts stale at 1pm.

This one's redone but now they have no money for heat. It was 56 in there. Totally ridiculous in early February. Decent food. Decent service. But took the bathroom and the heaters out. Very odd, in a brand new building! ?

Most of the workers are great but that male manager needs to learn to smile. He looks like he’s gonna punch me everytime I order

This was the first of the three Dunkin's we visited on our New England trip. It is very near the PVD airport which is actually in Warwick. There are Dunkin locations all over but many are tiny and inside places like gas stations. Do yourself a favor and go to a stand alone full service Dunkin, especially if you actually want a genuine Dunkin Donut. Which is in fact the.ONLY reason I go. I don't like the coffee, I have other places where I like the breakfast sandwiches and even out west it is not a REAL Dunkin Donut. They are factory baked and shipped regionally to stores who merely fill,or decorate to serve. At least in the Boston and RI area they are baked reasonably local though not live each morning in each store anymore. But at least you can see and taste that they are fresh. It's why I come here when I'm in the area. I grew up getting them fresh in New England and you smell the difference when you walk in the door. I always have one of my traditional choices, the powdered sugar jelly filled, the powdered sugared lemon filled or the glazed version of these or of the munchkins. On this trip I had one of everything, I think here in RI, it was the raspberry jelly.

95% of the time my phone order ahead is right on the money. It's those times that it is missing something that kill me!!

I love the staff here. They give me good recommendations and are sweet to my daughter. Such a great crew of hard working staff. No one is harder working than a dunkies crew.

Grateful they were open on Christmas, frustrated they didn’t include the ordered and paid for side of cream cheese with the bagel. When I called, no apology just the ever so helpful suggestion I could drive back 15 minutes to retrieve it.

Never fail to mess up my coffee order! Stopped going to this location for a while due to mistakes on multiple occasions. Tried them again today because the location is super convenient...just paid $4 for a cold hot coffee. Not what I ordered ?

This location in particular seems to rush and not care about what or how people order their food or drinks they just hand you something at the window so you will drive away so they have a good drive thru times. Last week I ordered snackin bacon and received a cold giant ball of bacon cooked to various degrees but mostly raw. I’ve ordered the same thing all over the state it’s always been hot. And for it to actually be cold and have hardened into a ball like that it had to of been sitting for quite some time. I figured it would never happen again someone must’ve been asleep etc but today I order it again and as I am getting on the highway I reach into the bag and pop a piece of bacon in my mouth. This time it’s in strips but still cold. Unfortunately I had already swallowed a small piece and within less than 2 mins I threw up on myself and my car. I tried to clean up as best I could but I ended up having to turn around and go home to change and clean up as well as clean my car. I looked at the rest of the bacon in the bag and it had been sitting for so long that the bacon grease had rehardened and become a layer on top of the strips. They clearly aren’t keeping this bacon at a safe temp. Can’t even stress how little it was and this was the only thing I had eaten so there’s no chance it was something else. I felt totally fine until that bacon hit my mouth. My stomach still doesn’t feel great and it’s been hours. I am not a food safety expert but I think taking the small amount of time it would’ve taken to put that back in the microwave might’ve at least killed some of the bacteria that had grown and reduce the chance that a customer got sick eating it but as I said they will hand you anything to get you out of drive thru faster. The maple bacon is great just never ever ever get it from this location. I will drive the opposite way of the highway to avoid this location now.

Frequently get incorrect order is here feel like they don't even pay attention because the slip is always correct yet the order is vastly different like for example but not quite this ridiculous ordering a coffee with 20 milks and 20 sugars and getting a black coffee and no they didn't put creamers and sugars for you to do it yourself. Today took the cake though when I ordered a snack bacon and got this cold Halloween prop looking ball of cold bacon that was cooked to all different levels although most of it looked straight up raw. I'm not even sure how this ball of bacon was created we could say the person didn't know how to cook bacon but most likely it was just quicker to throw it all on top of each other and hit a button on the microwave. Then no one ordered bacon for a while or it never quite got more than like warm to start with and eventually when I ordered bacon they just picked up this ball of mostly raw looking bacon very obvious to the naked eye and tossed it in the bag. If you weren't going to bother to make new bacon you would think the least you could do to make this acceptable would be the stick this in the microwave for a little longer but that would have taken a few more steps and 30 seconds far too much effort for the hourly pay plus tips - and they got nearly $2 from me alone before I realized how much effort they had put in for me. I could get a correction but what's the point nothing ever changes at this location so I also think the management/ owner has also just given up. Just go to the Dunkin on Warwick Ave it's worth going a few mins in the opposite direction to get your stuff right the first time. They rarely ever get anything wrong and when they do they seem genuinely apologetic not just a rude quick we'll you can come get another coffee click and when you do you get dirty looks coming in and no one even speaks to you. I remember once going to get the right drink I told the counter person she walked off mid sentence wasn't even sure she had heard how I wanted it then without a word she put it on the counter and walked away glaring at me. It was super uncomfortable.
