you burnt the hell out of my food multiple times i get dunkin everyday near my house and go to this one when i drop my girlfriend off at home but multiple times ive gone my food has been burnt

I could careless about a long wait time. I'm more concerned with how they couldn't even fill my cup nor give you there receipt. I came there for 2 hot chocolates a hash brown and 2 bagel sandwhiches. I didn't get my receipt, hash browns, and my cup wasn't even filled to the top here's a picture of the hot chocolate.

Nobody can ever get any of my orders correct and would taste so damn AWFUL!! The only one who gets my orders right is this nice girl Tabatha. Also, I have seen manager act inappropriately + heard employees having trouble with management for withholding pay!!! Refusing to pay employees and horrible customer service! This is definitely the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life!!!

they don't listen correctly I repeated 3 times my order and they gave me the wrong size and bad coffee, they didn't mix the coffee and didn't add the stuff correctly, I spent my money for a nasty coffee that I'm not gonna drink

I have had Jared cash me out and make my coffee more then once. He is always friendly and sweet with a smile on his face. My coffee is always right and mixed. I get mocha and 6 sugars in a hot coffee and when it's not mixed it all sits there at bottom. He is just about the only one who mixes it. Thank you for being great Jared. Keep it up.Parking: It's horrible
The girl working there in the night is extremely rude, I usually come to this dunkin to grab my coffee every night, all because the machine is down she give me a free coffee which I appreciate but what I don’t like was her remarks after giving me the coffee.she said I will have to go to the ATM and get cash or something because she can’t be giving out free coffee well it’s not my fault the machine is down and plus it’s an 24 hrs dunkin then jus don’t give anything if ur machine is down.

Went to this dunkin on the way back from providence driving to CT. HORRIBLE. Literal feces all over the bathroom- floor, sink, walls etc. It was not that late and the bathroom had clearly not been checked in a while.

Went there this morning for two coffees. I asked for a cold brew with oatmilk, simple. when i got my coffee it was the color of the milk. disgusting. The costumer service is never good and overall the food and drinks aren’t really ever great.
