Just got back after first visit as we are pretty local. Food was pretty good but the music drove me nuts and I actually left early because it was so annoying. Not sure if they play this music for the staff or if it is directed towards the customers but it definitely took away from the experience. It's a Cajun restaurant so would think maybe Cajun or some kind of NOLA music would be suitable but the Latino rap rave techno music was driving me nuts.

some of the best seafood I've ever had, hand down. Fair pricing for what you get and a super inviting atmosphere. The service was iffy; however, we had a group of ten, so I don't blame them.

They were super accommodating. We were a group of 12 and they happily took our orders on 10 separate checks! The margaritas didn’t really taste like anything ? The crabmeat fries had way too much mayo. Other than that the rest of the food was great, especially the boils. Great music. Clean eating area. The bathrooms were not that clean.

I previously went and got a seafood boil and my crab legs were ice cold. Last night I chose to give it another chance. When I arrived at 8:10 the greeter Samson looks at me and says take out and I said no, we are looking to dine in….His response is “Last seating is at 8pm it’s written on the door” he states this with a big smile, like he couldn’t be happier to turn us away. And I respond “I wish you had this posted on the website” and Samson Responds “It’s posted on the door” (Again with a smile) and I say “Well if it was on the website I wouldn’t have driven 30 minutes to get here” Samson: “Well it’s posted on the door and you could have called”…I then walked outIn my mind if a restaurant closes at 9pm i shouldn’t feel the need to call ahead and ask what time the last seating is….Since I go to restaurants often I am aware the kitchen closes 15 mins early. I never heard of Dine in closing an hour early. This is something that really should be posted online so people don’t waste time like I did. I also believe this rule is new because I never seen this posted on the door before. Also in the 5 minutes I sat there looking for another seafood boil place that I could rush over to I saw another 2 parties turned away from the restaurant I’m sure by Samson who gets off on turning people away

We entered the restaurant at 5pm on 2/22/2024 and the staff members were relaxing at a table next to the bar. None of them jumped up to greet us as you would imagine.The bartender eventually asked us if it was just the 2 of us and sat us. There were NO other customers in the restaurant. As we followed him, we passed 5 dirty tables.He told us our server would be right over but we could see them all just sitting there. We barely sat before agreeing the atmosphere was terrible and we should leave. As we walked past the 3 of them again, none of them said a word or seemed to care at all that we were leaving.

Service sucks.if ordering door dash they never give you everything that was ordered . When ordering food for take out . Some of the workers don't speak or say thank you . Even if I say thank you first. No response. I was a faithful customer but lately their customer service is not good. No matter how good the food is . I'm going elsewhere. Customer service is everything .
