The workers go above and beyond, they’re professional & friendly, they care about their jobs and take pride in their work! Every time I go in it’s accidentally becomes a rush and they handle it well every time and just do a great job. It really makes my day when people act with common decency.

These guys are amazing. I ordered at the wrong store and they called the GM of the other store and cleared it up. They also ran the food out to me in the rain while I waited in the car with my dog after leaving the vet. Next level service. Thank you guys. I recommend jersey mikes to anyone that loves sub sandwiches. My wife and I grabbed two large subs. I had the chicken Philly cheese steak, which was excellent. My wife had the club Supreme which she also enjoyed. Not to mention the subs were humongous, as we both had some leftover for later in the evening.

I ordered sandwiches over the phone at approximately 2pm on 2/10/24. The gentleman on the phone was abrupt, rude, and after I repeatedly clarified what I wanted, the order was still incorrect when I just picked it up. It was as if the employee was intentionally trying to complicate the order and was condescending in the process. This is a first at this location. We frequent the shop fairly often and the staff is usually fine. Hopefully this incident will be addressed.

Jersey Mike is pretty good. It’s my second favorite sandwich shop and no, Subway isn’t even on my list. My main problem with Jersey Mikes is they only mayo one side of the sandwich when I get an Italian. It has so much meat and veggies on it, it ends up being dry every time. This only happens usually when I get delivery because there is no option for extra mayo. Weird to me their go-to is one sided.Other than this, they are pretty good. I like their rewards program and their big cookies are fun.

I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mikes after not being able to get a chopped sale from subway because according to them it was too big, I spotted by my local Jersey Mikes the staff were happy to accommodate my request and made my #9 double meat and fit it in the container. Top notch!

While the Tuna with bacon made the Jersey Mikes way is very tasty. The service at this location could use improvement. My co worker and I went at 2pm. The staff not friendly or energetic. There was no May I help you when we came in. They just kept staring and we thought the guy next to us ordered but no. Confusing.

I saw an article online about people loving a #7 "mikes way" with mayo, pickles and cherry pepper relish. It was definitely good.. enjoyable but nothing crazy over the top for a normal size sub.. for $20. I could buy a box of burgers,cheese and buns to eat for a week basically. Or probably make the same sub for under 1/2 the cost. Holy moly.. thanks but no more for me. Too much $ for a pretty basic large (normal size) sub.

I come to this location all the time and order the same exact sandwich online. I have had this happen multiple times, I order chicken and get steak. So today, after waiting an hour for my sandwich, receive steak instead of chicken. I go back in and tell her what happened. She asks me for the sandwich just to check if I'm lying and throws the sandwich away instead of just giving it to me for THEIR mistake they have made multiple times. Ridiculous. If you messed up and the food is just going in the trash, give it to the person.

Store was a little messy. The subs are overpriced I mean almost $20 for the size of a subway footlong with very little inside. The sandwich was good just wish it had more sandwich inside then bread.
