Nate helped me out and i was having a bad day and he took that and not only helped me to his best way he could but he made my day and i will be going there so much now he was a big w and he knows how to help peopleAlso there is was a lady named Amelia and she was the best she helped me out and also she made my day and she also made me feel so happy to be there I love the place and welcome all of you to join the fun.

This place is not worth really going to. I live in Connecticut and Supercharged is well worth the drive, time and money. I don't like how you have to wait in line so long to start your time there. They should have a quick check in. It was so hot in there my kids looked like they were going to pass out constantly. There were way too many older teens with babies with all ages in there. Way too many people. At super charged, they give you a time limit with a certain amount of kids, which makes it a lot better. There was an add on obstacle in there no one would even know about which was unfair. The card and socks were more which I wish it was part of another option ex, how you get to choose three choose socks and a card so it saves you some money together and a locker).ugh the locker was ridiculous. You have to wait in line to get a locker, open a locker and there's kids standing around watching you put numbers in I had to ask them to give me privacy. When our locker accidentally closed, we had to wait in line again to open it. I did not even think that was fair. Should be right on the locker instead of the kiosk. So much candy for prizes, my daughter cannot eat like any candy and then you have more hot crazy kids instead of toys and such. It's not right also due to allergies just some thoughts for the future. They have where you can add on money to the card too right where the candy is and she can't have that candy shame on you thanks for making her upset. Will not go back. Go to super charged, worth the drive, time and money for adults and kids.even Mohegan suns arcade for kids is nice.

Had an awesome birthday party for my nephew. Manny was an amazing host got us everything we needed. The kids had fun! The whole party was to 2-2.5 hrs which was perfect amount of time. The pizza was yummy too!

Amelia was our personal party assistant and she was absolutely amazing! The kids had so much fun. It’s a fun place for them anyway but with the birthday party package, it was even better. The kids stayed busy as usual. Everything went so smoothly. Amelia double checked everything with me and made sure our nut allergy child in attendance was all set. She really was great and I’m so glad I went this route for the party this year. She really was just so helpful.

Sooooooo crowded, kids running everywhere bumping into everyone, no place to put your kids shoes, everyone checked out and not paying attention. There was one super nice staff member! He was great when my daughter banged her knee. My kids both told me they wanted to leave and don’t want to come again.
