Below average location I will probably try my best to avoid this specific franchise location, lines were very long at the times I went and customer service was pretty lousy, by the time my food came that I ordered I really didn't even want it anymore , then realize they messed up my ordered with missing products, I didn't even want to try to go back to the counter to ask to fix , this location was also pretty dirty everywhere in the dining room I could only imagine how bad the back kitchen was !, floors felt super greasy and every corner was built up dirt and grease from poor cleaning & mopping, I would definitely advise to AVOID this location

Today we had a phenomenal experience at McDonald’s because of an employee by the name of Ma’Niya. She was friendly, patient, accommodating, knowledgeable of the menu and even brought us our coffee. McDonald’s needs more employees like Ma’Niya!!

This McDonald's in Warwick is probably the worst. The order accuracy is consistently poor, with missing items and long wait times at the drive-thru, even during off-peak hours. During one visit, my son's cheeseburger arrived without any meat. When I went back to speak to a manager about this issue, a manager on the night shift, who appeared to be a teenager or young adult, argued with me instead of resolving the situation. He was not wearing any name tags that I could see, and he refused to give me his name when I asked after he was of no help at all. He was very rude and unempathetic to the fact that the cheeseburger was for my child, who was visibly upset by then, as he was looking forward to having McDonald's for dinner. This lack of professionalism and empathy was disheartening, especially considering the circumstances. Customer service is pivotal, and every interaction should be respectful and understanding, irrespective of the challenges of a fast-food setting. While I do not agree with the customer always being right, sadly, it most certainly isn't the case at all times. However, I do believe there is a way to speak to somebody and handle a situation, and his way was just not appropriate. As somebody in any kind of management role should know and be trained on how to treat others in a professional manner at all times. After all, your employees' work quality and work ethics are reflective of your own as a manager.

this has to be the worst mcdonald’s on the planet. staff was rude. person who boxed happy meal left it near drive thru window and snapped at another employee to give it through the window. gave us no sauce and also food was cold.

Still awaiting for district manager to contact us and other customers whom witness Hector Mc. Donalds MG. We watch as he picked up napkins n straw from the floor Saturday night and put the items in drive through customer bag right after HANDELING trash with no gloves and then not washing hands. He went right to going to food service area.

If you like you're food rubbery or uncooked this is just the place for you. Waited 20 minutes inside of this place for 2 chicken sandwiches....got home and 1 of the sandwiches is either uncooked(not sure if these are frozen/cooked) or this chicken was literally made from a rubber chicken. Never again...so many other options for fast food.
