I went to Olive Garden o 3/21/2024 ordered the Zuppa Tuscany Soup it was just potatoes in soup my co-worker had all the greens and the other ingredients I was told because the way they scoop it by the waitress I feel this is wrong and we also were not allowed to have a booth I have never had any problems I go every two weeks but know I feel that it is not my favorite place to go very unhappy

Staff was wonderful!Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the food. Truly disappointing.The soup was water, the breadsticks were literally coated in salt, we had to dust them off, the salad had an ungodly amount of red onion, like more onion than actual lettuce. The food came out immediately after ordering, not even 10 minutes later.$19.99 for two tiny cutlets as the chicken parm and the pasta was mediocre at best. That wasn’t the worst part though.My daughter ordered pasta and meatballs, she took one bite, looked at me and said “mom something isn’t right”.Assuming she was just being picky I gave her some of my food to try, she immediately told me the sauce tasted off.She was right. I took a few bites and couldn’t finish it. The chicken was dry, cheese was not melted and the sauce tasted like metal. We were both sick the remainder of the evening.The stomach pains I endured for the next 12 hours after that were atrocious.Please go to an authentic Italian restaurant if you want good quality food, this experience was concerning.The only good thing was the cake, everything else made me sad.$100 for food poisoning, never again.
