The manager was atrocious. We placed an order online for pickup at 4:15. Our food was not ready until 5:30. On top of that, when we arrived one of our bowls of orange chicken was not with our order and when we showed proof of purchase of a fourth bowl they said unless we had the email proof we were not able to get it. The gentleman who served us was trying to be helpful, but the manager needs retraining. I highly recommend not going here.

Online order was not ready, employee was not helpful and the food was NOT worth it. When you go to the pick up online order section, it is not separate from all the in person customers which makes it very disorganized and causes agitation between customers. With the meager, I mean really small, portions and some pieces of the orange chicken was over cooked and other chicken unedible, I will not order again. Too expensive for half dinners. Now I have experienced in person dining at this same place and they gave huge portions and the employees were kind and professional.

We ordered two bigger bowls . I was suppose to have the shrimp and angus beef with an extra charge for both .My wife Jessica got the orange chicken and other choices .The food that got delivered to us from DoorDash were 2 different orders two different woman’s names that were different from JessicaOne order was full orange chicken and noodles .The other was a few things but nothing that we an actually ordered . WHAT THE HELL PANDA EXPRESSWe all should boycott Panda Express and these people that mess up should be fired and pay the price .

The reason for 3 stars is customers wait in line while employees fill ONLINE ORDERS!!!!! I was there today in a really long line while they did this. You need to have a separate person doing online orders!!!!!!! It's so annoying!!! When the food is fresh, it's delicious, which is why i still wait in the long line.

I just left this location and I must say for as busy as they were (at least 25+ people in line no joke) they were extremely nice and fast and doing absolutely amazingly, the manager was working every station helping everyone and it looked like great team was going on! It was refreshing compared to other restaurants and their Custer service, Panda Express for the win!
Oops, rated Panda Express under the Warwick Mall. Here goes again....I had a great experience at Panda Express. I tried Orange Chicken for the first time, and it was delicious. The portions are large, so plan on taking some home.
I was there on 12/28/23My wife and I had to return and exchange some Christmas gifts.it was around 6:00 pm . I was hungry and wanted to eat Panda Express. The food look good and I was hungry and they just refilled the orange chicken and that’s my favorite thing to have at Chinese restaurant. So I ordered fried rice and orange chicken. Sit down in the food court my wife and I she’s got subway because not really a Chinese food fan . So it had a smell of vinegar and I like that’s not right. but I thought maybe they drop some vinegar on the container and then I opened up the container the smell of vinegar was stronger but I was hungry so I try it and had no orange or sweet taste. Just a vinegary taste and smell. Had few forks of the food and I ask my wife please try it and tell me does it taste right? She had a small piece, and she said had bitter taste and vinegar. So I said no it’s not worth the risk to getting sick. So I quietly asked the lady that was working there. I didn’t want to make the customers waiting in line to hear me complain about the food. So I told her taste and smell like vinegar. So she went to get a piece of orange chicken from where they serve it from and went in the corner to taste it. I look at her after she tasted it. Nodding her head and saying yeah it’s suppose to taste like that and went back of the kitchen holding back her coughing from the vinegar smell and taste. A min later came back to me asking is there anything else that you want to get and I was very insulted by what she said that it’s supposed to taste like that and I said I want my money back and she was very hesitant to refund me money back. Said I’ll give you a $15 dollar gift card. I said no. My money back please and she was upset about that. So few minutes later I got my money back. Had to go home because I was feeling sick.

Drove 45 minute to check out the Warwick mall and to try Panda Express. It's been a very long time since I've had it. It was pretty good. The mall wasn't busy there for the food court wasn't busy so no wait time. I got the 3 meats with fried rice. I enjoyed all of it. If it was closer I'd go back again. The honey chicken and orange chicken were so yummy.. the Beijing beef was pretty good too.
