The frozen yogurt is really good. The whole family loves it. During my first visit the staff was really nice. Now, I notice the staff are not attentive or friendly. I don't like that the Warwick Mall store doesn't have the dairy free coconut yogurts. They have 6 flavors on their menu and all of them have dairy. Another issue I noticed is that their fruit especially the mango is always frozen, hard and not sweet. They state their fruit is never frozen but why is the "mango" frozen? I wish they were more consistent, friendly and have the coconut dairy free at this location.

Never been to a Pinkberry that doesn't do samples. Not sure if this company wide or just this location. Was not a huge fan of the pomegranate flavor and the only way to replace is to get back in the ridiculously long line to make another cup. Didn't have time to wait to replace my entire order so just suffered through with the pomegranate. Feel like all of this could of been prevented with trying a sample.

I spent $18 on one freaking frozen yogurt. The taste was fine but please, spend your money on a locally owned business that is way cheaper, better quality, and appreciates your business much more. Pricing is absurd…

Went there the other day, Friday or Saturday. Server was very rude. I heard her grunting and talking under her voice the whole time. She also took her time. By time she did my one order others were finishing up whole groups twice as fast. The yogurt was alright but would not go again for the customer service.

I highly recommend visiting Pinkberry in Warwick…you won’t be disappointed!! The best frozen yogurt around. The atmosphere,customer service and the presentation are outstanding!!! Even if you don’t like yogurt…trust me you will like theirs!! ??????
I have to give a shout out to Julia at the Warwick Mall pinkberry. Her customer service skills are amazing. She is happy with a positive attitude. I wish there were more workers like Julia. She should definitely train future employees and be a manager of pinkberry. I give all fives and it is all because of Julia. There are not enough of people in this world like her today so I truly hope she is recognized for what a valuable employee she is.
