This location sucks so bad. They are always out of everything and you wait in the drive-thru line forever then have to wait in a parking spot for what you want as well. This is the third time I’ve been to this particular location and it happens every time. I genuinely don’t understand, especially since the last two times they haven’t even been busy.

Not even an hour ago, I went here to get a classic sandwich with no pickles and added bacon. The moron making the sandwich messed it up twice. First, he made a blackened sandwich instead of a classic one, and then he made a classic one with pickles, cheese, and bacon, even though I said no pickles and absolutely nothing about adding cheese. The lady at the drive-through was very nice, but the guy who made the sandwich is an idiot. I could have dealt with taking the cheese off and eating the rest, but adding pickles completely ruined the sandwich as it reeked of pickle juice. This isn't the first time they've messed up such simple orders. I won't be coming back here again.

Visited 12/8. It was our first time visiting Popeyes. Did a mobile order for Dine-in. Yes we had to wait a couple of minutes but it was so worth it to get fresh delicious food! The lady was extremely patient and explained different types of sauces offered. My 6 year old said the tenders were the best he has ever tasted! I tried a bite and couldn’t disagree! :)Kid-friendliness: Offer high chairs!

I'd give this place a Zero if I could. 15 minutes wait to order in Drive-Thru and another 20 minutes to get my order. 35 minutes for Fast Food?!! After parking and waiting, employee hands me my order in silence, no apology, NO NOTHING!!! Told him I waited 35 minutes and he scoffed "Not my fault..." AVOID!!!

If you want an apple pie don’t go there. I love the apple pies but in the past month I’ve been there 5 to 6 times and every time there’s no apple pies made. It’s a 7 to 10 minute wait most the time it’s not lunchtime or dinner don’t advertise something if you’re not gonna have it made

Worse decision was me going here. Made an online order got there it was not ready. then sat and waited an 1hr and 30 for the food to be cold and not even finished of what i ordered. I reached out to corporate because how bad my experience was. do not come here, the employees do not care as they were eating while there were people waiting for food. really upsetting especially because I worked in food industry ik how bad it can get. they do not care, not sure how it’s still open.

Please train your staff, an employee dropped the lid into the lemonade and instead of making new lemonade your staff took the lid out of the lemonade and covered the lemonade with the same lid as if it is ok to serve customers dirty lemonade.

Was excited to try the new truffle sandwich.. splurged and git a combo. 12 bucks. Was handed a drink and told they didn't have straws. Ok.... open my sandwich and it smells and tastes like it was fried with either fish or shrimp... maybe better luck at another location....

No lines for the drive thru I ordered my food , the girl was nice over the mic got to the check out window , the guy was presenting himself has nothing haunts me ,halloween is a bit too early to be looking scary .I got my food and they got there money and I left. Food was hot and fresh . Outside atmosphere was clean I didnt go inside so its was cool to me

I would like to draw your attention to a distressing incident that transpired on October 7, 2023, around 6:16 PM during my visit to your establishment. My encounter, particularly with the black female manager on duty (she didn't allow me to see her name tag and promptly walked away, leaving me with only a description), compels me to voice my grievances regarding your management staff, and I must assert that my experience was far from satisfactory.During my visit, I ordered two Number 4 meals of the 4-piece variety, which have consistently been a worthwhile choice. However, my father had additional preferences, and I subsequently placed an order for more items. Regrettably, my request for these additional items went entirely disregarded. Furthermore, when I sought information about the status of my order and requested napkins, the aforementioned manager responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner.To compound my frustration, she inexplicably locked the doors at 7 PM, a decision that appeared completely at odds with the posted opening hours, as it was evident she was intentionally deterring customers, potentially impacting your bottom line.Rather than receiving the expected assistance, I found myself unjustly embroiled in a dispute with the manager, which, considering the circumstances, was entirely unwarranted. All I sought were napkins and my order, specifically a 5-piece meal as per my initial request.Adding insult to injury, the manager proceeded to discuss the situation with other staff members, insinuating that I had disrespected her. I wish to clarify that there was no disrespect on my part; my only objective was to obtain additional food for my father. This incident was my tipping point, compelling me to pen this review in the tone it now conveys.It is with profound disappointment that I express my dissatisfaction with this experience. Such incidents reflect negatively on the overall quality of service your establishment provides. I firmly believe that this occurrence underscores the dire need for improved management within your organization.I respectfully implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and consider taking appropriate action to rectify the issues that arose during my visit. Too many times they done me dirty. Gave the Bald Hill Rd location so many chances and each time was worse than the last. Always out of types of chicken, always missing items, frozen mango lemonade is always in need of “freeze time” so only the regular is available, given a completely wrong order after waiting forever in the drive thru and realizing after I drive away…last straw was being asked to pull into a spot while something needed more time to cook, waited 25 minutes, called (instead of going inside) to make sure they didn’t forget. Was told they didn’t forget and it was almost done. Left to realize items were missing. I don’t understand why there’s such problem at this location. The Johnston location is always stellar, but it’s a hike from me.
