Got a Pizza & breadsticks! Breadsticks were very under cooked to the point it was dough in the middle! Not worth the money!!

Got a pizza with steak, roasted red peppers, and olives with marinara sauce dip on side... ate the entire pizza in one go... satisfied

We had just gotten into town and needed dinner. I ordered here based on good online reviews. The issue was the very apparent mold on the pasta of the Mac and cheese pizza I ordered for my kids. I eventually wanted to try it, upon looking at it and smelling it up close it was rancid. I felt so terrible I didn't notice before my kids started diving in. I don't understand how the person that made this pizza didn't notice the green mold on the pasta.
We ordered 3 items; a large pizza, mozzarella sticks & a drink. We waited over an hour & 45+ minutes (we had called around the hour mark once already to ask and was told it would be there soon -- the 45+ minutes later). It's a Friday, so I understand being busy and behind, especially for food service. However, most of the food was cold upon arrival and they were out of the drink we ordered; instead of contacting the phone number listed with the order, they brought us a diet substitution instead (not the end of the world, but a contact number is given for a reason). I did work in food service, so I don't want to nitpick because I understand; but there are ways to correct the order & there are ways to guarantee or at least address the customer's satisfaction or dissatisfaction. We will not be ordering from Ronzio's again.

Been going to this one since they opened in 1990. Since then It's changed hands a couple times that I know of and back in 1998 I worked there for a short period of time. The quality of the food is just as good now as it was BITD And although I do "cheat" sometimes, this is my main pizza place right here!You won't be disappointed with Ronzio!

We always request that our pizza crust be thin. On Sunday, 11/7 we ordered the pizza along with an 8pc chicken wing order made extra crispy. The pizza looked old and it was cold. No taste. I have always been told you can not order just flat wings or the just the drum stick part. I received 8 drum sticks that had so much batter that they looked deformed. Biting into them was a little mushy. Ended up throwing them away. Very disappointed.

Delivery takes over an hour EVERY time. Their pizza is very basic which is nice to have sometimes (pizza is the only good thing from this Ronzio's location). Any other kind of food from here is a complete joke. The potato skins had American cheese on them instead of cheddar (lol) and zero flavor. I threw them in the trash.
