Well…just tried to have dinner here tonight and basically wasted an hour of our time waiting on 2 steaks, corn and a baked potato. Steaks were overcooked, continued to wait another 20 forthem to correct & cook (medium) and finally left. On the way now find something else for dinner. :(

Worst experience ever! Just don't go! Food was not cooked as ordered, twice. Had to ask for the rest of our meal. Service was not good. Management was not helpful.

Ordered the Easter roast. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Cold sides, no salad dressing, awful roast, gross stuff on the green beans and cold mash. I want my money back. The management gave us a $30.00 voucher to eat there.

We did take out on Saturday around 3:00pm. I placed the order online and paid about $72.00. For what? I’m not even sure. My order took 45minutes when I was told 30. Then I had paid for extra cinnamon butter and got what looks like someone’s left over butter. My burgers were a MESS and tasted horrible and my ribs well they were burned and inedible. My mozzarella twists were clearly old and very cold to the touch. They also forgot cutlery and ranch for our dinners. I’ve tried and tried with this location and the quality is just not there. I’d save yourself the money and just go to Dave’s marketplace across the street and get the chicken tenders they are better than what I got and wasted money on unfortunately. Please do better I paid a lot for our food only to eat a sandwich I made that night.Parking: Horrible

Ordered food tonight chilli was spicy and hot loved that the rolls was buttery and fresh i didnt butter but thats ok customer service was great the downfall was the blossom onion because it was a little salty i enjoyed thr food i havent been in 13 years and yet it was still great my wife loved the food i will be back soon to order more Appertizers in the near future as a customer.

Probably one of the very best steaks I've ever had. I cook great steaks at home and hold myself to a high standard. This steak was fantastic along with a great bartender and just the entire atmosphere. We'll done!

My fiancee and I came here on 3/23/24. We were told a 15-minute wait but someone took the wrong number. We sat inside the establishment for an hour and then checked in like hey 15 minutes is now an hour. They then said they took the wrong number and texted that wrong number. They could have called our name we never lefted. They then gave us the first seat available. The seats are not plus-size-friendly. Our ketchup was sour they got us a new bottle. The best experience was Nate our server. I don't go to Texas Road houses often but I never seen one as busy as this one yesterday. That 45-minute inconvenience led us to be late to our movie.Parking: Parking lot is huge and free.Kid-friendliness: I saw a lot of kids yesterday.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped ♿️ parking and wheelchair accessibility.

Good experience overall.Good food, huge portions. Efficient service.Feels less authentic than our first visit to this chain (in Texas) though.Also 2 cocktails we ordered were just terrible, absolutely wrong and watery.So I would return for the food, but not for the drinks

Come here a couple times a year, usually good. Got take out this evening and was missing half the rolls we ordered, butter for the roles, sauce for chicken, sauce for the appetizer we got, dressing for the salad we ordered, and the toppings for a baked potato. The $16 salad was the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen and had 4 small pieces of burnt chicken. Would NOT recommend take out from here and will probably not return for dine-in either. I understand no one cares about anything anymore but $70 for this level of sheer carelessness is unacceptable.
