The food was decent but not awesome. Beef Brisket was fatty but the BBQ sauces were good. Had baked beans and coke slaw…both quite good. Crappy beer selection: Guiness was out and there was nothing on tap of an amber variety…looked to be mostly whiskeys and mixed drinks.

Alex was our waitress and we got the best service possible. I’d come back here any day of the week if she was my waitress. Great food, great service and a good time all around.

We were in the restaurant for an hour an a half just for lunch. The wait for our meals was unreal and when they arrived my grandson was handed a hot plate! My salad had wilted lettuce, the beverage glass was dirty, and the sirloin steak inedible. We asked to speak with a manager but were told there was not one on duty. Our check was not compensated. I’ll never dine here again, I get a better meal at the fast food restaurants.

Worst burnt un edible burgers ever

One of the worst meals I have eaten. Burger was dry and burnt, hard to chew and swallow, could not finish (and had not eaten in 11hrs so ordered a double). Fries were soft, under cooked, and just under 1/2 were still cold. Side note, no text notification even after entering number at checkout for notification via text.

We placed a large order for catering. The food was delivered on time, an item was missing but they rectified it right away. The food was average.. not great and not impressive for the price. Several items are at an extra price ie mac and cheese, ribs, corn bread which we ordered but wouldn't pay that amount again for their food. Definitely did not wow us and no one was begging to take food home. Probably would not order catering from here again.

Me and my wife took my sister here for her birthday because we LOVE wings. Monday is buy one get one free wing night. To start it took us 2 and a half hours for this mean because the service is so horrible. After waiting forever i saw one order of wings up and it sat there forever! From when i noticed it there it was 20 minutes before another plate went up with it and almost 30 minutes before our food got to the table. I told the waitress how long i saw it sitting and she basically ignore that i said anything and ran off. My wings were warm at best and there was no sauce on them. My wife got baby back ribs and bbq chicken breast dinner but got plain chicken and St Luis ribs instead. We got the waitress back and she insisted everything was right so we asked for the manager. I asked her if she knew what sauces were on my wings and she was smart enough to say none and brought sauce for me to pour on them. She insisted the ribs were baby back and flat out lied and corrected my wifes chicken. Her answer to waiting 45 minutes for the food and mine sitting forever she blamed on new staff. I pointed out there was only a table of 2 and our table and a full staffed kitchen can even figure out time wings take to cook and she said they have a computer system that tells them when to start the food so everything is ready together. I told her it must be broke. When they brought me the bill they charged for everything on the table. They were all ignoring us and it took 10 minutes to get someone back over to the table. Monday is buy one get one wing night. We had 2 orders of 16 wings at just over $22. They charged us for both orders and when i asked she confirmed but seemed confused when i showed her the double charge. We refuse to order take out because they never get orders right and it takes forever waiting longer then the pick up time. Its clear the sit down is now just as bad! This is the 3rd time we have had horrible service for sit down so were done! On one visit i asked 3 people for a straw for my drink, one being a manager and after 15 minutes i gave up, walked over to the bar, and picked a straw up from a container full of them. It tool me less then a minutes walk.

We came in looking for some nice BBQ and did not get much of it. For an appetizer, I ordered the Brunswick Stew which was FULL of corn. So much so, they should change the name to Corn Stew. Then I got the 1/3 rack of Baby Back Ribs which gave me all of three ribs and a plate full of fries. My husband ordered the Pork Porterhouse which was less than satisfying, according to him. Luckily, the waitress was very sweet and performed her tasks very well. Overall, the experience was not worth the trip.

I live 20 minutes away and they gave me the wrong order so i had to return. The food they gave me was not freshly cooked and it was dry.

Found restaurant on google trying new food to order after work last night, Had ordered off of door dash and was missing both fries and extra sauce I had payed for.I had received just the burgers and drinks BUT, I DID enjoy the burger so did my boyfriend. Although, I had called and left a message about my missing items and the manager completely disregarded.If customer service was better, this place could maybe be something. But again, I did enjoy the burger.Just very disappointed with my experience.

Ordered from door dash. First off the burgers were dry and burnt. Fries were cold and tasteless. I ordered the mushroom combo with no sauce just cheese and mushrooms I got tomatoes and pickles and NO MUSHROOMS ??. All the sandwiches were made wrong. This will be the first and last time I order from them.. Not worth the money.
