Food was amazing, service… not so much. We were one of only 3 tables at the time. There was at least 2 servers. When we got our nachos, our cokes were in need of a refill. Server didn’t return to check on us for 20 minutes. When they did return, he took our empty plates and I had to stop him to ask for refills. Took the server over 5 minutes to bring us the refills. Server was standing at the bar chatting with co workers the entirety of our stay. Table with a different server had twice as fast service!!! Also they charged us regular price for the “Monday special” burger.

Food is good, I've always enjoyed it. Be sure to check your receipts/bank statement. I tipped cash once, they charged my card extra on top of the total. I called several times to clear it up, and the manager kept ducking me and wouldn't return my calls.

I used to love this place and after my horrible experience last night, I will never order from Twisted again.I called in a delivery for a white pizza and when it arrived there was no pizza cheese. I called and asked if that was normally how they made white pizza, the employee that answered the phone said that is not how it's made unless requested, apologized and offered to make another one to send out. She informed me it would take awhile as they only had one driver, I said that I appreciated them making another one and we would wait.I was too patient and waited 3 hours before calling again and the pizza still hadn't been brought out for delivery. The same employee I spoke to apologized again and said she would make sure it goes out with the driver as soon as he came back. I never got that pizza, a refund or any communication and had to spend more money somewhere else just to finally eat.As a small business owner myself, I can empathize with staff shortage issues and have been incredibly patient and understanding with this place when I've had multiple issues with them in the past. However, this is unacceptable and incredibly poor service.

Turkey club was good portion, fries tastey as well as the Buffalo tenders & cheese pizza cooked nice & crisp- nice
The people there suck.Items are forgotten on orders and orders are often made incorrect,they refuse to give back any credit.Not only that the prices are obnoxiously high and delivery can take up to 2 hours each time.I'm done with twisted.

Non ensembled wedge salad. No bleu cheese crumbles, balsamic I paid extra for didn't receive. They threw a half of iceberg in a box . Doesn't even looked washed. Horrible.

Ordered dinner tonight for friends who were getting thru surgery and wanted to treat them to dinner make it easier for them . Took this restaurant hour and half to deliver wrong food. Called they then delivered two and half l hours after I ordered . Their attitude was well didn't we finally get it to you . No apology no offer of any reimbursement for horrendous service! Just we were slammed . If you want food within reasonable time don't use this restaurant ! Manager not able to get on the phone message was didn't we finally get you the food . A trophy for participating .... not what we pay for. No offer of any type of credit or apology just lucky we finally got it to you.
