This place is horrible! My grandmother ordered once, and loved what she ordered. She tried to order again, and the person who picked up the phone was rude. She got hung up on many times. They also said some vulgar things to her. She called me upset, almost in tears because she said that they made her feel bad. Saying that she loved what she ordered and just wanted some of that. The same thing has kept happening. I grabbed her takeout from somewhere else. These people should be ashamed of themselves! Talking like that to an elderly woman!!! If you don't understand her or whatever the reason. There are ways to say things. That is not how talk to people. My blood was boiling when she called me super upset. If those are employees, they need to get fired asap! If it's management, I hope you don't last too long as a business. Shame on you!

My first genuinely awful experience with a restaurant in my 24 years of life I've ever experienced. At about 11:40 I call vittos for a pickup order, I order a medium chicken bacon ranch calzone. They tell me 15 minutes. I get there at 11:58 nearly 20 minutes after I had placed the order give or take. I get the calzone and drive all the way home I open up the box and it looks like it's fully cooked on the outside but I take one bite and a string of raw dough comes with it. I call and ask if I could get a refund and my order remade and they told me to bring the old one back and to pick up the new one. I get back and I'm greeted by the owner a gordito Italian guy who said that he was supposedly going to make the order himself but when I asked for my refund also he started getting very aggressive and out of pocket and outright refused my refund if I got the remake which most likely would be raw also being it was almost the end of the night and he told me it would take less time than the old calzone. He also asked me what I was waiting around for when I was waiting to get my money back from the woman at the register, as they were talking about me in a vulgar manner in their native language

The service is great here. The sandwiches are so good, I recommend the Italian grinder!! also the chicken parm sandwich, I lovee!!
the Italian grinder has the smallest portion of bland, rubbery meat that looked like it came out of a boxed Lunchable. It literally tasted like it had been boiled, no flavor whatsoever. I don’t know if they water down their vinegar or what, but I couldn’t taste that at all either. They forgot to add banana peppers which is the one thing that could’ve saved this sandwich. The only thing they did NOT skimp on was the raw red onion, but who would ever want this amount of raw red onion on a sandwich? You are insane to be charging over $10 for this skimpily portioned, flavorless trash.
Ordered a warp it came to me soggy and mushy in pieces it was cold and gross… I used to live right by here I ordered all the time now I move 7 minutes down the rd and they are trash… whoever is in that kitchen tonight should be ashamed. If I could post a picture I would. It’s a shame…. I used to love them so much. After tonight though not so much
