Should hire people who knows the product. Instead of speaking with to much confidence just to be completely wrong and make the customer apologize for your mistake. Product is still delicious tho but just the wrong product
best ice cream ever! so many variety's and flavors. 10/10 would recommend, absolutely coming back! The employees and their services are amazing also, they are so sweet and nice.
