I love Subway, and the sauces that I put on the sandwiches are so delicious. I've tried most of the sandwiches and never had a complaint at all. I usually eat there every week.

Rude workers. me and my boyfriend were waiting while two other people were ordering. someone else came in and one of the girls started taking his order. even though we were waiting.. we didn’t let it bother us too much and when it was our turn to order she kept talking to the other service girl while taking my order. we got our food and it was pretty good to me. after we finished my boyfriend took the green basket that our sandwich was in. up to ask if there was a place to put them and she just looked at him, took it. then he asked for a water cup and she walked away. we walked over to her and she slip the cup facing down on the counter.. disgusting. kept getting dirty looks from one of the girls. bad attitudes.

Reliable subway for being clean and fresh. Never have had issue , sometimes they are out of cookies but that's alright.

I usually don't have a problem with this subway but last night I did. There were 3 kids on and 2 of them had wireless headphones in while working. In the middle of making my sandwich I see her take out her headphone piece out and put it on the counter and continue to make my sandwich. I was disgusted. I didn't even eat that sandwich. I just threw it out when I got home. My fiance had missed this happen while he decided to get cookies. the kid had these tongs trying to get the cookie out of a basket and they kept breaking apart. He repeated to do the same thing to all the cookies. The cookies were shingled therefore you have to move the ones on top to get the ones on bottom. It was so hard to watch and I asked the kid to please grab a glove and grab it properly.

We were out and planned to get sandwiches for the family, and everything was either closed or closing soon, as it was 8:50 pm.The nearest place was Subway on Cowesett Ave, and we were those horrible last minute customers with a huge order, and I fully expected some very irate employees, but instead we got a very cheerful and friendly Christiana.She reassured us that it was no trouble, and patiently made all 5 various footlongs, with a level of courtesy that is nearly impossible to find in any food establishment these days.Hopefully someone important in the Subway hierarchy reads this and gives her proper recognition.

I order delivery from here through the subway app and every single time the order is wrong - I stopped order for a while and decided to give them another chance and 3 times in a row again I've gotten the wrong order

The service and pleasantness of Employess was lovely and efficient, but the sandwich was very salty and otherwise tasteless. The delicious looking cookies were oily and not tasty at all.
