John the barkeep was there & wait staff. Haven't seen in a few months due to covid but had a good meal & drink!!! Was nice to get out to relax

We went out to dinner in westerly Rhode island. Food and service was great. Drinks sucked. To add insult to injury when I received the bill an absolute and soda with a splash of cranberry was $8.00 plus .85 cents for my "splash " made the waitress aware and charge was removed. Did not blame the server or reduce the tip. Just very disappointed and will never return to this place

We ordered the 2 for $22. deal. We both choose the cheeseburgers cooked med well. We also choose mozzarella sticks for the appetizer. The sticks were warm and the breadcrumbs were overpowering. The ice cold marinara sauce did nothing to help it.Our burgers were dripping grease. They were medium rare instead of the requested medium well. The staff was prompt and friendly. I wouldn't order there again due to the food. Not impressed at all!!

Looking for the worst food establishment in Rhode Island? You found it!! I had quite the horrible experience at Applebee's over the weekend. I know what you're thinking, "it's Applebee's, what do you expect?" but this establishment is god awful. My friends and I, all 22 and 23 years old, were denied alcohol because the manager did not think that our IDs were real. Quite the accusation, considering Massachusetts and New York IDs are the hardest to fake. Based on this, I'm thinking this manager was not the brightest and I can confirm that she is bad at her job. Unfortunately, I can't give this place less than 1 star. I will never be coming back to this establishment or any Applebee's for that matter. You simply need to be better at your job.

Honestly the most horrendous service, the manager has no clue what an actual ID looks like and can not properly perform as a manager. The bar tender also threatened us and was wearing a mask that isn't CDC regulated. No wonder why Rhode Island is a COVID cluster, such a joke. The worst establishment ever, I definitely did not eat good in the neighborhood.

They were not very kind and didn't put our needs first. They had a bartender that wore a headband like a 12 year old girl playing soccer and he was very angry and hostile. The manager didn't even scan our ID's and just told us our ID's didn't look "right". The whole situation makes me never want to go to an Applebee's again. Chillis gang for life. F*** this place.
