The staff is great, friendly & helpful. The food not so much. Fillet of sole & broccoli were very bland. However, the sweet potato fries were excellent. Pretty expensive for what you get. My impression is that it's OK for hamburgers but our meals did not inspire to want to go back.

Lived in the area for many years....always driving by this place until making birthday reservations for my boyfriend. We were sat quickly enough, although the place had been open for an hour it was freezing, I ordered a $14 bloody Mary that arrived in a rocks glass. Food was good, took forever to get to the table. Servers are inattentive. Ordered dessert and weren't told until after a 20 minute wait what we ordered was out of stock, so we got the bill and left. The menu and prices are outrageous, overpriced definitely, nothing comes with a "side" it's all additional but they do not inform you of this when asking if you want fries. Two sandwiches, fries, calamari and a bloody Mary were $100. Mediocre. Depressing vibes. Avoid.

Great evening, holiday lights shining bright, food was perfect and the service spot on before heading to see music at the Knickerbocker! Grilled cornbread with butter and honey, highly recommended!!! We'll be back!

My wife and I visited for an early Friday night dinner before a show at the casino. Our entire experience was exceptional. Our server was fantastic. She even came outside in the cold with us to take our picture with the winter lights on the river walk in the background. The raw bar had a great variety and all 3 of our selections were excellent. Our drinks were great. I strongly recommend the cranberry mule. Our apps and entrees were all delicious. The atmosphere was awesome. Such a relaxed and warm vibe, everyone was so friendly and the backdrop of the river walk outside was beautiful. Easy drive back to the casino up route 2. Great job all around. We have already recommended it to our friends and family and we will definitely be back to try out the patio when the weather gets warmer.

Lovely location overlooking the river in Westerly. Apparently a popular spot. We found the food mediocre, bland, and poorly spiced. Service was remarkably slow given we were one of only 3-4 people in the entire restaurant (late lunch). Also remarkably expensive for pub food.

Nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Large portions. My wife was unhappy with the way her entree was prepared. The manager had asked us about our meal and when she mentioned it he reduced the price of her meal by half. The waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the wines offered. I would definitely go back if In the area again.

The Bridge is coming back! After Covid the menu shrunk and things were pretty poor. Dinner last night (11/11/23) was chosen from a much wider menu and was tasty. It was obvious that the staff was working to make this a really good restaurant again. We look forward to stopping in again.
We were able to make a reservation easily and we were seated promptly when we arrived. We were a party of four. The menu is varied which allowed for all of us to meet our special needs. The wait staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our questions were answered. The food was wonderful. The manager came around to each table to make sure everyone was being taken care of. The room we were in had a fire place and overlooked the Pawcatuck River. It was cozy with a pretty view. We would definitely return.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My friends and I went to the bridge yesterday, Saturday October 28th, for a quick lunch. We ordered our food at 1pm- by 2pm our food still had not arrived at the table. All of the surrounding tables that SAT AND ORDERED AFTER us were done eating before we even got our food. I’ve worked in the industry for over 9 years so I am very understanding when things happen, but this was inexcusable. We did bring this issue to the servers attention as well as management. We waited another 10 minutes before we were finally given our food which was not even correct. Neither the server or manager apologized. When we made it apparent that we had to leave to get to work, we waited an additional 10 minutes for the bill to finally be ran by the server. As unfortunate as this was, it gets worse. As we were waiting for our bill, a disabled man in an electric wheel chair was being sat by the hostess. She did not even take the two seconds to turn around and help him get through the patio. He was struggling to get by the tables and chairs while she couldn’t be bothered to give an ounce of help. When she brought him to his table, she removed two chairs for him, put the menu down and walked away. She did not even ask if he needed additional help being seated. He clearly was unable to fit where he was seated. He continued to struggle to get his chair in a comfortable spot. I took it upon myself to move the tables and chairs around for him so that he could sit comfortably, all while the manager, servers, AND hostess watched this happen and didn’t help the poor man. This was despicable and honestly so sad to watch. All I could think of was how hard it will be for him to leave considering none of the staff could be bothered to help. Never have I been so disgusted with the treatment of someone else while dining at a restaurant. Overall, this experience was terrible. We were very excited to try this place. The patio was beautiful and the weather was so nice. It’s a shame that this experience had to happen the way it did.

Our local friends adore this spot. As foodies from major cities… our dishes felt lackluster and fairly plain, missing out on all the flavour we’ve come to adore from cutting-edge chefs on the West Coast.But as a plant-based human… it was like…“…when even the french fries AREN’T vegan” ? (& they won’t make them, even upon asking). Very LIMITED vegan food options ?The ambiance was… eh. The waiting area left a lot to be desired. Definitely not a spot I’d come back to.———The manager did come over asking for feedback — which I kindly shared with him to genuinely help the restaurant improve & become a killer spot, so *hopefully* this review will become incorrect & outdated.
