Had a VERY rude man at the window. Put my order in and when I got to the window he asked me what I ordered. Told him and he proceeded to say, "there's nothing on the screen, I'm not a mind reader, you know, what did you get? ," I paid him and he just handed me back my change and drinks and walked away. I told him he didn't need an attitude. Will never go to that one again!

If I could rate lower than 1 star for service. First, coffee was diluted ice with a splash of coffee and cream. They were out of straws. Drive thru person, older man with lots of silver jewelry said, thanks for nothing. That's what I should of said.Never going back to that store

Bathroom was OK and service was great asked for a chocolate cold brew but they didn’t have it anymore and she recommended a butter pecan swirl with mocha swirl and let me tell you it was delicious

Dunkin Donuts on 139 Granite St Westerly, RI 02891Happy Easter, I am emailing you today to report a local Health Concern at a local Dunkin' Donuts in Westerly Rhode Island. After 11 o clock mass my friend and I decided to get a bite to eat and after traveling to around 4 restaurants we ended up at the only place open, a beat Down Dunkin Donuts. We really didn't care what or where we ate so we just stayed. From the moment we walked in we knew we were in for a journey. After waiting a long 10 minutes to be served we tried ordering. And tried we did, apparently at 12 in the afternoon they already ran out of half the menu. After ordering we both went to go wash our hands and this is when the real journey began. To go to the bathroom you have to walk past a wide open door leading to the main office. Wide open! Then to the bathroom witch was probably the messiest I have ever seen in a public bathroom. Not to mention ether of the bathrooms had locks on the doors. I don't understand how and why no one has cleaned these rooms in such a long time. The smell you smelt after walking into these bathrooms were one that I never wish on my worst enemy. Now comes the worst part of my Adventure, my bacon egg and cheese. I have never ever had a sandwich this bad. I have never took one bite of a sandwich and threw it out right after. This Bacon Egg and Cheese was without a doubt the worst sandwich I have ever had. Now it's past 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still feeling awful from this half cooked meal, and my whole Stomach and Easter is now ruined from this whole situation. I hope you have having a better Easter then I am and that you look into this Dunkin Donuts further.

Always enjoyed the DD bagels. Recently they've lost something. Today our bagels were hard a rocks, cutting them near impossible. Returned them to the store and was told how they were fresh this morning?????????
