When I went to Dunkin one day, I did the mobile order pick up, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. 1/2 things got ordered which was evidently the sandwich. I just don’t know why they wouldn’t process the drink in the order and wouldn’t give to me making me panic for it. I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to go to but you need to process the orders the right way and get what people want for their suitable needs throughout the day.

The person that was taking order at the counter was very slow and it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at all (very spacy). But the one who was making food was nice and really good at what she was doing.
Men restroom out of service, some donuts had melted chocolate all over it… definitely not supposed to look the way it did. Many advertised beverages were out of stock!

I asked for a hotChocolate with 2 espresso. The order took 30 seconds espresso takes atleast that for one to be made. It tastes burnt and watered down. I know my coffee this was hot chocolate with just burnt coffee added watering it down. It’s disgusting all Dunkins in westerly have gone to garbage. This is the new generation of workers it’s honestly scary.

If we can get a frozen coffee 5/5 time's we ordered it then I will absolutely change the service from 4 stars to 5..??Other than that the service is great and very much appreciated! ?Kid-friendliness: Halloween décor is fun looking.. ??I believe kids would enjoy seeing it! ?Parking: 15 I believe..Wheelchair accessibility: Right next to the main entrance.
Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when I asked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and kept throwing dirty looks at me and my husband in the car. Overall awful experience.. will not be returning to this Dunkin.

Good but my mom can only drink decaf so I ask them to make sure and sad but true they have said it was decaf when in fact they really didn't know. Or you get attitude. But most of the time you get the honest "Yes" or "I'm not sure let me remake it." That's all I ask for is the truth because it is important and I tip well.

A late afternoon visit. Only ones in the dining room. Cars were going through drive thru and workers were not paying attention to the counter.Features: I don't remember seeing a sign regarding masks. The doors were not 'clean' so I feel no more safe practicing is being done. The dining room was clean but I can't say sanitized.

This place is better then the other one on granite. Like it's not even funny how much better it is. I don't know if it's considered important in our westerly coffee drinking community, but to me, it's the clear difference of a bended coffee mix vs coffee with ingredients layered on.. btw, this isn't coming from someone paid to test, just local..
