Cool place to go hang out with friends or just to chill. Live music in summer and the building itself is pretty historic. Wish it could open till later or has food truck instead of pizza.

Fabulous antique home with many seating options both inside and out. Interesting architecture inside and great picnic vibe outside. The beer menu was diverse from DIPAs to NWIPA to sours and cider. I found the NEIPA to be very good with grapefruit undertones. But the cream ale was middle of the road to in my opinion. The inside was fun and comfortable, until we were driven outside by a woman at the next table whose volume rose increasingly. It would have been fine but she was excruciatingly boring. In the end I want to thank her. The outside was delightful!! You can bring in your own food, and there is a lot of seating. Overall a great experience!!!

This may be my favorite brewery in RI! Please keep in mind this review is NOT based on the beer. That's my husbands jam. I attend breweries to support his love of beer and I come for the food. But Grey Sail didn't capture my interest based on food. It's the facility. A nice house turned into a tap room. I am not sure if it's Victorian. I loved feeling like a little kid being excited to see what each room offered. I felt so small in a large house. The outdoor area was the major win. Behind fences, built covered awnings over and outdoor area that was open space. There were picnic tables, regular outdoor iron seating sets along with a fountain and cornhole. The outdoor area was well planned and utilized! We stumbled in on Columbus day weekend to their Oktoberfest. Cute decorations and I believe the pizza vendor was offering sausage and pretzels for the occasion. We stuck to the pepperoni pizza. It was a really long wait. I made the player move and asked for some cheese to dip the crust in- Jeez Louise! They sprinkled salt into the cheese and it was already satly (and I love salt.) it was too much salt for sure. The pizza, brick oven. The sauce- basic. Nothing to knock my socks off. Then we were on the parade route! People were able to buy beer and head to their parking lot with them as the parae rolled by. Great place to watch the parade. Not too crowded, can bring your pizza out there and when the Grey Sail truck comes by in the parade- you feel a part of it!

Best beer, period. Cocktails from the distillery rock. Excellent pizza, fresh, stone fried.

We stopped by here on a whim while on vacation and were incredibly impressed by this place. All of the 8 beers we tried on the flights were delicious and the location is a cute old home with tons of character and atmosphere. You should come here too, you won't regret it.Shout out to Captains Daughter and Autumn Winds for being our favorites.

The atmosphere outside is fun! Children and dogs are welcome here. They had a band playing, cornhole, and an outside vendor offering up pizzas. Perfect place for a beautiful Sunday. You do have to stand in line to get your beers, and if you want anything but beer, it comes in a can!

Probably the nicest micro brewery in RI. The outside amenities are very comfortable and well worth the drive.

Beer is great, pizza is great, staff very friendly, the building is beautiful. They had a pretty good band there, Cornhole boards set up. We brought our son and he had plenty of space to walk around with us outside. Nice to go to a brewery that just brews good beer and isn't wrapped up in politics.Parking: Small lots, mostly street parkingWheelchair accessibility: There were ramps

Hey, man, check it out! So my buddy gives me this list of craft beer joints to hit while I'm cruisin' through New England, and this one's right there on it. We're like, "Let's make the trek, dude!"So we roll up to the joint, and the atmosphere, man, it's cool as a cucumber. It's all chill vibes in this old house-turned-beer spot. And get this, they got a big seating area outside with shade, perfect for loungin' and enjoyin' the good times. But just our luck, as we're about to head out, it starts rainin', and everybody's rushin' in. Talk about a buzzkill, man! Now, let's talk about the beers. They were good, but not like mind-blowingly great, you know? Like, decent sips but no fireworks goin' off in my taste buds. The best one was the Captains Daughter, and the cool thing is, you can find that baby at different restaurants around the area. So, yeah, it's good, but not exactly exclusive. All in all, it's a decent place with brews that go down easy, but nothin' that'll make you do backflips. But hey, here's the kicker, man. The staff, they're friendly as can be, and the atmosphere is top-notch. That alone makes it worth payin' a visit, you know? So swing on by, enjoy the vibes, and have a few brews. It's a good spot to kick back and enjoy the ride, my friend!

What a cute spot. Lots of character and charm in this building, great beer, friendly service, and we were offered some sweet treats that were there during our visit. Would definitely go back next time we're in the area!

I absolutely love Grey Sail. Better to visit in the spring, summer, and fall months when there's outdoor seating. In the fall and spring when it's still chilly they do have heat lamps. It's bring your own food and they usually have 10 or so of their own beers on tap. As someone who loves sours, I'm only a little disappointed that they don't always have one or they seem to always run out of the one they do have. But all of their beers are pretty solid so you can't really go wrong.

Enjoyed a glass of the captains daughter at this delightful New Enland brewery home. One should stop here and enjoy!

I've always enjoyed their beers and I finally got a chance to visit.Incredibly nice place with awesome beverages. For people with kid's, apparently you are welcome to bring them. For people without kid's, there are kid's here, even one swimming in the water fountain! ?Maybe they will have an "Adult swim" day or night.
