The slowest jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. With no customers in the building and at least 7 people behind the counter, I didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. I wish I got the workers name who slammed my to go order on the counter after giving me and my boyfriend an attitude for giving this place business. As I said to her, I’m not sure if she hates her job or if it’s her personality - don’t work with people if you aren’t capable of doing so. On top of the fact that I noticed she was training a new employee, the atmosphere is beyond uncomfortable due to her unpleasantness and lack of customer service skills. Oh and they messed up our ONE sandwich. Great first impression of Rhode Island!!

Crazy good experience! Everyone was kind & professional. They all went above and beyond to make a great time for the customers that walked in before and after me and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I usually frequent the North Prov/Apponaug location and have a similar experience there as well and will go out of my way to go to those locations and this one didn’t fail to give the same home like kindness to my usual spots! :-) me and my friend appreciate you guys!

First time at the westerly jersey Mike's today... staff was kind and courteous, store was so clean... not like the other shops in town... nice feeling going in thanks for the great sandwiches.. a big hug to your staff..

I am really disappointed I even have to write this review. I wish I listened to the others. Please Jersey mikes if someone has an allergy and asks for something not to be on their sandwich DO NOT ADD IT. I got all the way home after picking up my subs and even tipped generously to find my sub was not made how I ordered it. Well you lost a loyal customer and this location needs to do better. Thanks for the almost trip to the Emergeny room.

kyla makes the most bussin buffalo chicken grinders. i was extremely impressed and immediatly wanted another one. kyla was very kind and personable and i appreciated the service and bussin food

We ordered four sandwiches and they took FOREVER to be made. After getting my sandwiches and driving home I found out one was missing so I had to drive all the way back. Once there I told the lady at the register one was missing and which one it was and she began to start touching all of my sandwiches for no reason. She literally never apologized or seemed sympathetic at all (and honestly kinda accused me of lying?). It took another ten minutes to get new sandwich, will not be returning.

I keep giving it a try and am consistently bummed. Online orders are rarely ready on time. I’ve gotten there 5 mins passed my time and they haven’t even started my sandwich. Seems like they are always understaffed. Could be a great addition to Westerly, but just isn’t.

We typically get 3 sandwiches per order, a few times a month. They make the sandwiches correctly about 20% of the time.You could get any bread type, tons of sauce/oil and/or straight up NOT the sandwich you ordered.When made correctly the sandwiches are excellent, even at 11 dollars a sandwich but when you almost never get what you ordered it doesn't matter.Sidenote: How is it so hard to keep all the contents and sauces IN the sandwich not all on the outside??
