Place used to be good until he sold out to 2 non Italians. The food is pathetic now. Barely any cheese on pizzas and sides costing an arm and a leg. These new owners come from money so they don’t care who they’re ripping off. Mario’s used to be the place to go to, until he sold out to these clowns.
The food was ok, we waited a long time as we had planned to dine in... found out dining was closed, no video games . nothing like any of the photos or reviews.We felt committed, so we simply waited for a single pizza seemed to take forever for a very basic puzza.
Always a 5 star experience. 6.99 large cheese on Tuesdays has saved me so many times haha thanks for the great staff and service !

First time there. We ordered a large pizza, 14",?. That's not large,barely enough for two. It's not Italian style pizza as advertised, but it is in westerly Rhode island so I should have known it would be Greek style pizza. I'm from New haven. Enough said. NOT GOING BACK. NO VALUE THERE.

Used to love this place. Had ordered a hot Italian toasted with a few add-ons for $16. Picked up the grinder within 10 minutes and the meat was still cold, not even starting to release the oils and the cheese wasn't melted in the slightest. Little disappointed from a place that used to be so good. Getting harder and harder to give them a chance with so many other options in town.

This pizza made my friend chronically ill ? poor guy had a few bites and was fighting for his life on the toilet. Other than that he clearly liked it enough to come back for another slice of chance. Two thumbs up from my upset tummy friend, one thumbs up from the one quietly eating pizza waiting for his heroic return story. Until next time!
