PERMANENTLY CLOSED IN 2022...COVID KILLED IT LIKE IT DID MANY OTHER THINGS...THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE THE LAST COUPLE YEARS IT WAS OPEN,THE DRIVE THRU LANE WOULD WRAP AROUND THE BUILDING.

They could at least have common courtesy to pay attention or even acknowledge when customer is trying to get their attention instead of ignoring them!! How hard is it to actually perform customer service in a professional manner or is that not a thing anymore it's just about getting the paycheck. I have time and time again found people could care less about customers only to care more about getting their paycheck and going home!!

Good food slow. I just got a salad. Took 15 minutes to get it. Only one person in front of me. I went inside. You could tell the guy at the counter just started. He was nice and he was trying hard. They had a note, short staff....bla bla blah. I guess this is our future.

There is always a wait here, but the food is worth it. Due to Covid-19, the staff is short-handed, as are many places... It is what it is! They work hard and get your delicious, hot food, and your correct order. Just know you will wait. The best time to go for dinner, I have found, is around 4 or 4:30! ?

Food was cold, waited in the drive thru line for over 20mins, staff were unpleasant will never go back this particular Wendy's.

Workers are overworked and doing such a great job. Show them some love. I LOVE THESE BURGERS

Food is what it is, let's be honest. This is a customer focused business and some need to work on there greetings and being friendly. Other than that and lack of help, I am guessing, there tends to be a wait everytime.

I have consistent issues with this Wendy's specifically with the night crew, tonight I ordered a double barbeque burger with fries and a 4 for 4 not only did it take them 5 minutes to take my order with no other car in line then another 18 to get my food out, not to mention they held my card inside the whole time untill I received my food(which is sketchy) and when I got my food the guy said nothing no "you're all set" or anything just gave me the food and closed the window. To top it off they didn't give me the fries for the BBQ burger and charged me for it. It's just a shame that after I close for 8 hours I just want to get some food and I get terrible service. I will not be giving them my business further.

I get you are short staffed, but you don't have to be totally miserable. I try to be nice and "please and thank you everything". I've worked in customer service before and I know how bad it can get.Having a bag shoved out the window and an expecting look for me to hurry up and leave makes me not come back. I also didn't get the burger I ordered. Something is deeply broken at this location.Dave's ghost would not be pleased.

Very short-staffed, have to wait in long drive-thru line. And, the line is always long, they are always busy! They have to be something right to consistently attract so many customers, there are other similar offerings very close by that they could choose, but they are willing to wait in line instead. I think that's a good sign?

Solid place with exactly what you expect for food. Service is slow currently due to low staffing but the customer service is top notch.

Nonfunctional when I went. Dining room closed and drive thru line out to the street

I love all Wendy's, but in particular the Wendy's in Westerly Rhode Island. The people are always pleasant and helpful even during these difficult times. And they have sometimes been understaffed but do a great job in spite of that.

Customer service was extremely poor. Asked for no ice in my beverage and it had extra ice. And they also watered it down.

it's a wendys, kind of ubiquitous, the food wasn't bad, standard fare, but a larger sign that they were drive thru only would have saved a little trip to a locked door.
