Terrible delivery driver!!! Do not order for delivery. I had to wait a total of 2 hours for my food to arrive. Got no refund or couldn't cancel my order. I waited an hour for my food and got no call from the delivery driver when the app said it was out for delivery. I called the shop and they told me the delivery guy supposedly showed up couldn't find my house and never called and sent my order back. I called and asked why my order hasn't arrived. They said they'll make me a new one and have to wait another hour for my food. Delivery guy sucks and doesn't call you to confirm delivery. My order didn't get cancelled when i waited like 2 hours or resolved

This place is AWFUL. Don’t order!!! They steal your money and never bring your food. Waste of time and money. I never received my order. The app said it was complete and no food and no way of contacting them because they were closed. I ordered food at 11:30. They close at 12. App said deliver was on its way at 12:10. Never received my order. Couldn’t call anyone about it. My order cost much more than a medium pizza. They lost a customer tonight.

I ordered the pepperoni bread and chicken Alfredo. The bread was not cut into slices as it's supposed to be and I wasn't given a fork to eat the Alfredo. I generally like Domino's. But I can't eat the pepperoni bread properly as I don't have a knife handy. Also, I don't have a fork so I have to eat the Alfredo with my fingers when it cools down. Wasn't too upset when I showed up and they couldn't break my 20 bill. I was able to find proper payment, but since there's no great way to eat my food, I'm a little upset. The window guy was really nice though.

Food is always good no issues there but it seems the divers are not properly trained, I worked for dominoes for 2+ years at 3 different locations so I know what they’re supposed to do. I placed an order yesterday and the driver called me to tell me he was here which is nice but then was waiting at his car with his door half open, leg still in the car expecting me to go to him. Tonight I placed and order for contactless and the driver called me to tell me he was here, again nice, I appreciate that but then just stood at my door until we opened it. Train your drivers. Contactless=knock on door (unless specified not too) and leave at door. Traditional delivery= knock on door and wait for customer . Delivery Service needs improvement.
