I got a pot pie and a small Cole slaw. When I got to work and opened the bag, I realized they put the pot pie on it's side. So when I opened the box, over 1/2 the gravy had leaked out. Into the box and the bag. There was like no gravy left in the pie. I was so mad.

Today I went to kfc with my parents it’s like a tradition lol, sandwiches were amazing actually we had one issue with the crispy chicken bucket it was mushy ? Color was off over all bad..I didn’t ask for any names gentleman in front was very helpful very nice as well there was a women that was wearing stripes she was a little combative however there wasn’t anything disrespectful that was said. we got that figured out after exchanging words felt uncomfortable being in front of ppl with a cane trying to ask if we can either instead of getting chicken again and having to take that chance, we just asked if we could get some sandwiches and apparently we couldn’t do that so we agreed on waiting for a fresh batch people were waiting for their food in line listening Awkwardddd Anyways we waited for a new batchMoral of the story we wanted to return a item African American lady who came from the back she was wearing all black she understood my mother’s frustration with most professional way evergoing back and forth to the front is already the worst feeling ever,but that lady is awesome! Just wanted to say that I appreciate good service I worked at a pizza place for 5 years customer service is so important!!just wanted to say a genuine thank you

Been coming here for a couple of years. Ordering from the kiosks is nice but the service was disappointing. I tried the new wraps they had(which was only 2 selections to chose from) and they were so bad. No silverware was in the bag, the only saving Grace was the extra crispy chicken!

For some reason, it seems like they use extra small chickens here. The drumsticks were tiny! The food was good. I was served by a very enthusiastic young lady. The drive thru really does need attention. It is EZ to damage your car, its so tight.
The young girl who took my order left out my mashed potatoes my husband goes in to ask for it and she made a huge scene asking everyone around her if they saw her put them in yelling about how she packed the order herself. Well sorry you messed up! The worst service ever 30.00 for food to get degraded about something they messed up! This is why I never come here!
Amazing; I am a Production Supervisor and I was waiting for my online order at 9:00pm Saturday night 11/04/23; so I just hung back and watched; what I saw was an amazing Manager who's name is Britney and her interactions with her team & customers was so impressive, she needs to be recognized for this. Employees: amazing attitudes, the cleanliness, their interactions with customers, politeness, for a young crew to care and act this professional needs to be recognized.KFC needs to recognize this Team, I have emailed corporate to express what I've witnessed. This team needs to be recognized!!
